Customer Product Review Guidelines

When writing a product review, please follow these guidelines:

We reserve the right not to post a product review if it contains any of the following:

Product reviews will not be posted if the reviewer does not have experience using the product. Product reviews must meet all internal guidelines and be written in English.

We try to check and post product reviews within 36 hours of their submission. If a product review is not posted after that time, it may have violated one of the guidelines above and therefore did not get approved. Following the guidelines on this page will ensure your product review is posted.

As stated above, if you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other Customer Service issues, please do not submit this information though our product review system. Our customer service associates will not see it if you submit it using the product review system. Instead, please contact Customer Service directly.
