These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the “Product Reviews,” “Retailer Reviews,” “Q&A Exchange” and “Your Stories” features on the Walmart.com website. These Terms and Conditions are applicable in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applicable to all of the Walmart.com website. To the extent of any conflict between the Terms of Use and these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use shall control.

By submitting any content to Walmart.com, you represent and warrant that:

• you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;
• you are at least 18 years old or if you are under the age of 18, you are at least 13 years old and your submission has been made under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and
• use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and Conditions and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

• that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
• that infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
• that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
• that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual or entity;
• for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party unless otherwise authorized by Walmart.com in writing;
• that includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or
• that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walmart.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers (including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.), from all claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (i) any content submitted by you, (ii) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any content that you submit, you grant Walmart.com a royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable right and license to use the content however Walmart.com desires, including without limitation, to copy, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish all or any portion of the content, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world, in all cases without compensation to you./p>

All content that you submit may be used, or not used, in Walmart.com's sole discretion. Walmart.com reserves the right to deny, condense or delete any content on Walmart.com's website in its sole discretion, including without limitation, content that Walmart.com deems to violate applicable content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions or the Terms of Use. Once you hit Submit you will not have the ability to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within five (5) to seven (7) business days. However, Walmart.com reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Walmart.com, are responsible for the content of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Walmart.com, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees. If you include any personally identifiable information, such as your name, in any content submitted, such personally identifiable information may be accessed by anyone that uses the Walmart.com website. You should not submit any information you wish to remain private.

By submitting your email address to Walmart.com in connection with your content, you agree that Walmart.com and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and for other administrative purposes.
