So far I really like it. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks but does a pretty nice job. I do wish the cord was longer but I have plenty of plug ins to use so its not too bothersome right now. So far, great value for the price.

I paid about $51 with tax, and picked it up from the store. Pretty seamless transaction. The assembly was fast and super easy. I could not believe how well it cleaned! My carpets looked fantastic. I've been a Hoover fan for many years, but they may have gone downhill recently since I've had two Hoover vacuums become inoperable within a two year time frame. I figure if I'm going to have to replace a vacuum every year, then I don't want to spend top dollar anymore. So I gave this Bissell a chance, and so far so good! It's honestly just as good (if not better) than the Hoovers I've had. And the assembly on this one is easier.

What a great vacuum for the money - and free shipping to the house is a nice bonus too.

Had a Dirt Devil that broke after a year of use. Was so disappointed but couldn't afford to buy a nice vacuum. I read the reviews and decided to give this a try. Great right out of the box. Powerful suction and easy to use. Never going back to Dirt Devil again.

I need to return this product as soon as possible. I am so frustrated with the short hose it has for cleaning and the short electrical cord. I was not expecting it to be so inconvenient. Everything that I am going to clean requires that I use the extender and sometimes that is a hassle because you need the flexibility of the hose. I guess the suction is good taking into consideration that it is a brand new machine. It was also hard to maneuver. Over all, not a good experience with this product. Taking it back tomorrow, hopefully find a better one.

great steam mop

Wonderful steam mop. Lightweight and easy to use. The constant steam when it is turned on is very convienient although the steam doesn't get as hot as some mops so it tends to leave floors a little wetter. Its lightweight design makes it very manuverable around the commode and tub on the bath floor. Its slim design goes around and under the toe kicks on kitchen cabinets. I didn't like how wet it left the windows when i tried to use it on the big windows but that feature is wonderful for cleaning tub or shower walls. It took the stains off my countertops when nothing else would. I purchased a complete 2 year warranty for only five dollars because my last steam mop lasted less than a year and the warranty stunk. The warranty turned out to be so complete they even pay for shipping both ways. I have used the mop 10-15 times now and am very impressed with its durability. I think it will last much longer than my last one and I probably won't need to use the warranty. The only negative thing I can say is it only comes with one flimsy floor pad, an even flimsier counter pad and a useless little tiny scrub attachment. I cut my pads from my old steam mop to fit this new one and they work great. I would highly recommend it as long as you are not overly concerned that the steam temperature is not super hot.

The price is right and this vacuum works better than any other I have owned, easy to maneuver, cleans a wide path with good suction and sounds cool when you shut it off, I'm sold.

Started my own cleaning business 6 months ago. Tried desperately to find a vacuum that would "work" well with my injured back. Light weight , fabulous suction, easy to use. I would only suggest that if you purchase this vacuum, get the warranty- and be gentle and clean as the instructions state to do so. My friend also purchased one and never kept it as clean as I do and the smell of dog and fireplace comes out while cleaning clients homes.

This machine is great. It vibrates the dirt up from deep in the carpet, you can watch the dirt dance on top of the carpet (low pile) right before it gets swept up by the powerful brush & sucked up by the powerful motor. I like the fact that it is easy to clean & no messy "hepa" filter. The hepa filters create more dust than any non-hepa filter system that I have used. The washable filter works fine, & save money in the long run.
