Hoover Hoover Max Extract Dual V WidePath Carpet Washer
The Hoover Max Extract Dual V WidePath Carpet Washer can transform your house into a sparkling clean abode. It digs deep and extracts even the most stubborn dirt and grime from your carpets. The regular use of this extractor vacuum cleaner ensures that you will never have to spend money on hiring heavy duty cleaning equipment for an annual spring cleaning. The Hoover SteamVac dual-V widepath carpet cleaner also saves on time. The rotating brushes will lift up dirt quickly even as the dual-V nozzle quickly mops up the dirty water from the carpet. The widepath nozzle features six brushes allowing you to cover more of the carpet in a shorter time. Even as you clean, the gadget blows hot air onto your carpet, drying it and making it ready for use. The vacuum cleaner features two tanks that keep the clean and dirty water separate. An automatic system will mix the detergent making usage easy.

I love it. Works great and easy to use and put together. Shipping took a while but once I got it I was and am thrilled with it. I am really glad I found it on Walmart.com as I could not find it anyplace else that also offered an extended warranty and I always get those on big items.

Cleaned my floor great, but had to return it because the water and cleaning solution leaked out the back. Not sure if it's a design flaw because I had an older model that was set up just like this one, but it did not leak and I noticed the part that distributes the water and solution were different.

Received the carpet cleaner from fed ex with the box in great shape but once I opened it found that one of the arms on the tool caddy were broken. Put the machine together and the wheels are wobbly so the machine has a bounce to it. Definitely not happy with the workmanship and packing.

This steam cleaner works very well but is made very cheap. I have 2 dogs so I have to have a steam cleaner and I have used this once so far to do my whole house and it worked great, picks up great. It is just made very cheap, all the plastic on it doesn't seem very durable so I was very careful with it worried I would break something. And the plastic piece that the hose goes on could be secured better, the hose is in the way and will not stay on there.
I recommend you purchase the Walmart Ext. warranty protection plan so if cleaner breaks they will reimburse you

The only thing I do not like is the clean water container is on the handle, so you hold up the water container as you move the machine to clean, pretty heavy and hard on your shoulder. my last one the water was on the base so cleaning was not such a chore

I used it twice and it did very good job. I have been living in my apartment for 16 months and I just used a dry vacuum to clean my carpet. After I used this washer, my carpet looks much whiter and cleaner. I could see the dirty water extremely black.
Its motors look very powerful so it's rather heavy. Your hand may get tired because of this. Anyway, it's not as noisy as my dry vacuum Eurekal.
Both dirty and clean water tanks are not very big so you have to change the water frequently. I think that's what they can do with such small washer.
The only thing I don't like is its plastic materials. They look very cheap and flimsy. The water tanks have a handle but I'm afraid that it will be broken if I carry the tanks of full water with the handle.
The new product came with a 16-oz bottle of detergent. It is enough for washing one living room and one bed room of my apartment. If you don't want to use detergent, you can use the rinse function with water only.

Everything works amazing except the attachment hose. It was lack luster but the rest was amazing I got out ground in dirt and old stains from
Months ago. The stains were caused by spilled soda food hot sauce you name it. It all came up. I attempted to use the attachment hose it worked well but not as well as the main cleaner.

I liked the clear tanks so I can see how dirty my carpet was and when I need to add more clean water. It did take more time for the carpet to dry then what I originally had figured. The hose real attachment doesn't fit on the back of the machine like it said it would, and it just kept getting in the way.

I've had this machine for about 15 months and have used it maybe 8 times. Went to start it up for my first spring carpet cleaning and something made a loud noise and the cleaning head stopped turning, I would call this thing broken after less than 12 uses, that's not good !!!!!!

I really love the job this shampooer did on my carpets. Fantastic! I had a Hoover that I bought about 15 years ago and a peice of plastic holding the tank shut broke off. I was did a superb job too. The only think I don't like about it is that it is made with so much plastic which doesn't seem like it is very substantual.

After using this 4 times the brushes stopped spinning. Unfortunately this was after the 90 day Walmart return policy and I can't return it anymore. When it did work it was wonderful, it cleaned so well I couldn't believe it. Plus the hand tools are the best I seen. But like I said after using it 4 times the washer broke. I had a Bissell for 4 Years and decided to go back to it. I Wouldn't waste my money on this machine, it is very cheaply made. EVERY THING ON THIS HOOVER IS MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC!!!

My beagle got attacked by a pit bull so I ended up with leakage for a week my carpet took a beating...So I new I would need a carpet cleaner I thought it was a steamer to but i was confused on ordering..I have not had a chance to use it yet but with all the good reviews do not think I will be disappointed as I have used other ones in the past on rentals and the carpet always looked better then when the professionals did it..I like the automatic soap mixer and the fact that if i do not like it the store said just bring it back for a full refund...but consistent shampooing is the best if you want results not once a year
