Upon arrival the bed was damaged from the webbing used to secure the boxes. Nothing major, one call to customer service was all it took to be able to arrange for a replacement. Since I needed it by a specific date they expidited the replacement order to make that happen. The customer service is what makes or breaks a company, I am 100% satisfied with the product and the way Wayfair handled the situation. The bed looks better than the picture and the quality is better than expected.
