Good water heater for a small space.

I ordered my water heater on 12/05/12, and it arrived by FedEx on the 13th. It runs very well, but because it is located approximately 35 feet from my kitchen, I had to adjust the thermostat to 140° so the water would be hot enough to wash dishes. At 120° (the recommended setting) it was only warm enough to wash my hands. But otherwise, I'm glad I could find the correct replacement for my old unit, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
