Do not buy Kaloric products cheaply made bad custo

Edit profile details I will never again buy a Kaloric product and I am very dissatified with Kaloric's customer service. 1) It took me several phone calls and emails to finally get an answer from Kaloric. regarding the return of my iron which broke down it the begining of August 2013 while still under warranty 2) I purchased my iron through Groupon , although I agree I did purchase the item in July 2012, I did not receive the item until August 2012 (I supplied you the UPS delivery date as proof of the actual delivery date) 3)Only after I complained to Groupon customer service, about Kaloric not sending me the item I paid for in July, did it finally arrive in AUGUST not JULY 4) The warranty period should begin as of the date I received the product not the date I purchased it, is it the consumers fault that you did not send the item out on time? 5) I find it amazing that a company with your reputation could not make an exception in replacing this iron, considering the events involved. 6) I will be notifying Groupon of your warranty policy and I will share my experience with your company's consumer policy with other consumers (Amazon and the like) Dissatisfied
PS: As usual I was told that I would receive an answer from your company within 24 hours, as usual it took nearly four days to receive one, I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and I find this type of service unacceptable
