I purchased this set and was overly excited; until i tried it and it was a complete fail. The metal clips did not hold the hot roller in my hair, the roller kept sliding off. I am now looking for a new set with the plastic comb like clips that might have more hold in my hair.

This is my second set. I had the first set for about 6 years, dropped it and broke the top off. They still work but I was ready for a new set. The new ones heat a lot faster, about a minute and they're ready.

AS others have stated, the pins used to hold the curlers are horrible and you practically have to stick them into your skull to make them stay put. Overall the curlers are ok, they are a good size for longer hair.

I never write reviews but I am so disappointed in this product. The rollers got nice and hot...but the edges were so hot I had to burn my fingers while putting them in. I thought with them being so hot that I would have nice curls. I left them in about 10 minutes. When I first took them out, they had a small amount of curl but as soon as I ran the brush through once, they were gone. They just fell right out. I tried several times using hair spray or mousse but the curls fell right out in seconds and they were very loose poor curls in the first place. I am taking them back tomorrow. They are worthless.

I order the six jumbo set. I got this set. The clips do not hold the rollers in your hair. I had to go to a Sally's Beauty Supply to get clips that would hold the rollers in my hair.

The redesign on this is terrible. Having to unplug it is a huge pain. The other issue is that the new model doesn't have a clips holder built in.
Hard to believe the old design was much better.

I love these hot rollers because they are so easy to use and they get hot very quickly. I love the big rollers because I have long, really thick hair. I've used other brands before, but I prefer this one above all the others. I use them everyday for big sexy hair!

Rollers are good size, hold heat well, but I do not like the metal clips. I prefer the plastic clamps that grip the curler. Great buy, when you compare what is out there. Give them an "A"

Its a great product but my hair i think isnt long enough to be able to use it, my hair is about bra line in length and my shorter layer is alittle bit past my shoulders, I thought it would look great considering that my hair was medium long but nope it had a curl for like 5 mins after i took the rollers off and right away applied hair spray and then went flat within an hour even with a flexable hair spray sooo boo, I was bummed out !! I guess its back to the flat iron or wand for me for a curl :( ! And to top it off im a beginner so it was hard to figure out how the rollers went and i struggled alot to make them stay on tight i had to go to youtube to see how to put them on lol !

This might have worked if they weren't so jumbo. I know it says jumbo in the product name but the biggest rollers are about the size of a fist. That was just too big to work for my hair. If you have really long hair and you're just looking for a little body, this might be for you. I have hair that is an inch past my shoulders and this product just made my hair frizzy.

These jumbo and super jumbo rollers are great! They add volume to my hair with a little bit of curl at the ends. (I have medium length hair). The velvet on the roller is also gentle on my hair and the whole set heats up super fast! Buy these!!

The curlers are all jumbo. There aren't enough of them. The clips are too short and you have to secure them in just the right way to make them stay. Basic body, no real curl. Fell out almost immediately.
