I work at Children's Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha, NE. When necessary, we use the Cosco Comfy Carry Elite to discharge infants weighing 4 pounds or more from our Newborn Intensive Care Unit. This is a great seat, with easy to use features such as the front harness adjuster, a small harness dimension for smaller infants, it is light weight and economically priced. I find installation in the vehicle to be very easy using either the vehicle seat belt or the LATCH attachements.
Pros: Clear Instruction, Straps and buckle feel secure, Easy to Clean, Base feels secure, Easy to install in Car

The only thing that was off about the carseat was the color. In the picture it looks like a dark blue color but it is actually a teal blue color, which is still not bad. Everything else is as pictured. The headrest that goes around the head for the baby came with it. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
