Will not print borderless photos

This printer was a gift. It doesn't feed paper without help and it WILL NOT print borderless 4x6 photos no matter what HP says. It leaves a 1/2" border on the right side, photos come out 3.75" x 5-1/2" (not centered). It leaves a small border on 3 sides and a huge border on right side. Pictures wont fit in any frame. Pictures often come out crooked, due to paper feeding issue. Do your home work and buy a printer that will print borderless. NOT THIS ONE!

My 15 year old grandson installed this printer on my desktop without any problems. Besides printing from the main computer, he prints from his phone and I print from my laptop which I use at the opposite end of the house. The quality of the prints is excellent with true colors! I have also used the copier and scanner with great results. I am so happy that we decided on this HP printer! We love it!!

This is a great little printer for the price. It is wireless and will print from your computer, your mobile phone and tablet. Just have to be be close enough for it it pick up the wireless signal.

We've been using this product for about a month now and have no complaints. Set up was easy, everything works just fine. The best part has been the wireless printing. Oh wait, one little weird thing is that it leaves a strip of white on my pictures instead of borderless printing. Not sure if this is something I can fix; maybe because photo printing was not a top priority for this purchase. Still recommend.

This is a good printer for a home with more then one computer and web able device. However if you have a secured wireless internet conection it doesn't like to conect to the internet becuse there is no way for you to input the password for the internet conection. Overall, I'm happy with this product beause it just needs to be placed in a central location and there i no fighting over who gets the printer and who has to go without.

I've had 2 other printers in the past that were much larger with a lot of extras that I never used. This is smaller, lightweight and has capabilities to copy in B&W, color and scan. Just what I need. It does a great job, too, and is easy to set up.

This printer came with software for Windows 7. The Windows 8 drivers were available thorough the printer manufacturer's website. Everything seems to work as advertised and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this.

Major Feed Issues - Doesn't Print 2-sided?

Getting ready to return, probably will not get another one. Printed page would not eject, which led to over-lapping of pages or paper jam 100% of time when printing more than one page. On that note, could not find a 2-sided print setting, leading me to revert to the 80s or 90s and print the odd pages first, then manually print the even pages after reinserting (couldn't believe that).
Was excited about the ePrint, but just not worth it as much as we print in our home office. Need a printer that feeds (and ejects) properly and is a little more current in features (like 2-sided printing).

I purchased this printer because we have so many wireless devices in the house and we've been going into the office on the desktop computer in order to print. This was easy to setup and is simple to use. Not only can I print from my laptop, but even if I'm away from the house - I can send an email to my printer to print.

I would like H/P to include instruction for the printer for note books or lap tops without a CD player. I did go to HP web site and down load the software and now I can print from the note book. Other than that I do like the printer. it was very easy to set up.

It took a minute to get it installed & setup! Not as easy as stated but once you get passed all the installing, programming & set-up its a good printer! I can print straight from my iPad and phone! If you hve the patient for the set-up....you will enjoy the printer...

I've had to uninstall and reinstall software three times, and I'm still having problems printing wireless. I did it the secon time, but then I went to print two days later and again my computer could not find the printer. After trying to trouble shoot for half an hour, I had to uninstall and reinstall. I am currently printing via cable. Very frustrating!
