The photo of this product is not the product I received. The cradle arms on mine are bent and about one foot apart. The installation instructions are sorely lacking. I am still waiting on the manufacturer to get back to me about some extra straps that are on the rack but not shown in the instructions. I did manage to get it on my Rav4 but now I need to figure out how to put my bike on it. If I had a man's bike I sure it would be easy, but women's bike is a big question mark for me.

I have a RV with a rear spare tire. This product worked as I expected and have no complaints. The price was right and it is easy to use. Make sure to adjust the product to the size tire being used, this requires you to disassemble the product and reassemble. Read the instructions. I used a bunge cord on each side to stabilize.
