I looked this tub up and it's a Laguna Bay Spas x-1 model. Our delivery was on time and pretty easy. We had a few peope to help us. Followed the instructions and filled the tub. Once it was full and we plugged it up, let it heat up all night. We were using it one day after we received it. The 110 volts tub is pretty conveneint and didn't need special wiring. Our experience with this purchase and manufacturer has been top-notch and everything was made very simple for us. can't find one thing to complain about.
