Lots of positives - Easy to operate, nice looking, digital radio readout, accurate time (resets itself), economical, good sound but - Speaker faces Backwards (only negative).
Simple clock radios appear to be a thing of the past. They are not even stocked at our WalMart, I had to order it from WalMart.com. New technology has IPod docking and other 'new stuff' on "clock radios". I am a 70 y/o who does not have an IPOD, imagine that. Yes, I would recomend this Clock Radio.

I live in a small town. The only problem is that there are only a small number of radio stations that are in a north-south line of my location. Meaning that most stations signals are pointed north and south. So a small radio misses out. But I really dont care much because country and oldies stations are no problem.

The digital aspect of this radio is a blessing from the old fashioned dial.

This radio has a large digital display with oversize function buttons and all the features you need in a reliable, everyday alarm clock. I was pleasantly surprised by the large number of features and some extras such as the Nap function and the base lighting up so you can see the clock when it goes off on a dark morning. Set up was a snap. I highly recommend.
