I received this gift card quickly; however, the company (NextFitness) no longer honors this. I explained that I already purchased it through Wal-Mart and they said it's my responsibility to take that up with Wal-Mart but they won't honor it. Recommendation: DON'T BUY THIS...if you do you're just wasting money...

Hey for less than two bucks, do you think I'm going to give a bad review. Anyway, to address some things in the other reviews, here is my two cents. First, I didn't have a problem with the code when I registered. I went to the site referenced on the card, even though the website has changed. I did this figuring that it would re-direct my browser, which it did and I had no problems at all. Next, the software is somewhat "glitchy" as one reviewer said. The first time I tried to set up my workout and my music, it did an error code "Bass error 41", and I couldn't get past that no matter what I did. Closing my browser or the program had no effect, so I finally restarted my computer. That go me past that error, but since I guessed it had something to do with my music, for the first two workouts, I didn't pick any music. The next day I used a playlist from iTunes that I made myself...I didn't use a "smart" playlist that iTunes had created. I don't know if that was the problem, but the next workout I downloaded added my music with no problems or errors. It was fantastic. When I tried to download ny second workout, I used music from a "smart" playlist and the same error occurred. So, after a restart, I went in again and used music from a playlist I created with the workout and again NO PROBLEM! I don't know if it's the iTunes smart playlists, or one specific song I keep choosing or what, I just know that if I use a regluar playlist, as opposed to what iTunes calls a "smart" playlist, I don't have a problem. I really hope this review helps someone. But even if I felt this was a total waste of money, and it most definitely is NOT, I would still get it. For under two dollars, even if you can only get the voice workouts music, you can't lose. Well, you can lose weight hopefully but nothing else.

I wasn't sure that this product was going to work, but I put in my code and it didn't work. I called the 800 number for nextfitness and he applied the code for me and it works PERFECTLY!! This membership is about $20/month so it's a real value I'm glad I took advantage of.

This product was complicated to use and I got errors when using. I tried to run it many times on two different computers and kept getting errors. Support website had little info. I need to call the customer support.

I used this and I thought it would be great but something is mixed up the workouts don't match the Ipod work out if they get the gliches out it will be great everyone needs someone to push you sometime and when they get it better I may comeback. they did say they are still working on it so stay tuned.

WOW! What a great value! A normal 3 month memebership on-line would cost $60.00, so this has got to be the deal of the century! Want a personal trainer but can't afford one? The nextfitness program can make your New Year's fitness goal affordable. Gyms charge from $40-70 per hour for a personal trainer. With the nextfitness program, you can get a celebrity trainer for the price of less than one session.
Required items: -Computer with internet access. -MP3 Player or CD player -iTunes software for iPods and Zune Software for all others. I have a Sansa Fuze MP3 player and that works fine with the Zune software. -Collection of exercise MP3 songs. Disco or Hiphop gets you going with the beat. -Access to a gym or home gym equipment.
Pros: Cost value excellent. Even cheaper than direct from the nextfitness website. Many celebrity trainers to choose from. Sessions give some variety so you do not plateau.
Cons: You will need a knowledge of exercise terminology especially for weight training. Fortunately, you can print the routines, Google the exercise and tape it to your journal.
I had this program for only two weeks now. So I am still trying to tweak what trainer styles suites me.
As a counterpoint, Personal Trainers give you direct feedback and they tailor the routines for you. Using the nextfitness program, you are the one configuring the routines. I suggest you go to a fitness magazine website to educate yourself on your training program.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this product.

Easy to setup and use. It makes workouts fun and enjoyable. You get to select a trainer, choose the exercise equipment to workout on, and listen to your own music combined with their customized audio sessions on your iPod or MP3 player. I just burn mine to a CD and play it on my stereo at home, but you can bring it to the gym as well.
