I got this to replace another wand type massager and it definitely was a huge disappointment. There was little difference between the low and high speeds. It took forever to get the heated part warmed up. It did not relax the muscles in my neck or back. Minimal help with my calf muscles. Was not like the portrayal on the box and I really think someone had returned it. Part of packing material appeared to be missing. I lost my receipt otherwise........

its a nice product to have after a long day of raising kids..i three a 3yr old a 2 yr old and a newborn so i need all the relaxation i can get..its not very good for a deep massage but the heat and vibration works great for a surface massage and the heat is a nice relaxer

This massager has 2 settings (low and high) and the option to turn heat on or off. It also allows you to turn the upper part of the wand 90 degrees for added ease of use. This massager works very well, but the level of massage remains the same no matter which setting you're using. In other words, do not expect to receive deep, penetrating vibrations as you would with some other hand-held massager. However, if you're looking for a standard massager with heat, this one does a nice job for a nice price.

IT WAS VERY EASY TO USE. CAN REACH TO HARD TO GET PLACES. BUT FOUND IT ONLY GOOD FOR HEAD AND NECK. DOESN'T SEEM TO GET INTO THE MUSCLE GOOD FOR A DEEPER MASSAGE. HEAT WORKS REALLY WELL. SEEMS TO BE MORE FOR SURFACE MASSAGE THAN MUSCLE.
