i love this cd. clay's voice is spectacular and the instrumentation is great. it is by far his best work yet. i recommend that everyone should listen to it and purchase it. the bonus song " forget i ever knew you" has to be the best song i have ever heard him sing. all the songs are great . there is not one that i would skip.

This CD has a little something for everyone with it's ecclectic mix of styles from the beautiful title track, to the 1940's-flavored Something About Us, to the rockin' pair Ashes and Falling, to the thought-provoking Grace of God, to the haunting Lover All Alone, co-written by Aiken. This man has a great voice and he's not given near enough credit for his gift.

This CD is an eclectic collection of songs with something for everyone. Orchestral ballads, edgy blues, spiritual, rock and "crossover country."
The songs are lyrically universally appealing and meaningful, as well as melodically captivating.
The vocals are impeccable and earnest in their delivery.
Production-wise, it is seamless and flawless.
Highly recommend giving this CD a listen.

I have all of Clay Aiken's CD's and although I love
them all, this is his best CD yet! There is no one
who is even close to being able to sing as well as
Clay Aiken. I love all the songs on this CD but
some are the most beautiful that I have ever heard.
I was glad to get this particular CD from Walmart as
it has the bonus song, which I also love. I will
probably get another one from Walmart so that I
will have one for my car and my house. Thanks for
offering this CD with the bonus. Also, I received it
on the date promised.

I love every song on this album. The more I listen to it the more I love it. Wonderful music played by Steely Dan and the most gorgeous vocals by Clay Aiken. I've read that this CD is too perfect! Well 'Too Perfect' makes the best album I've ever heard, no lie.
The bonus song is great, too.

This is a fantastic CD!! The songs are well-written and the recording is of high quality from the back-up singers, to the musicians!! There is no mistaking the voice of Clay Aiken, and the joy he brings to my ears!! I appreciate Wal-Mart adding the additional song to the CD for an extra bonus!! I bought 6 more in the store at a greatly reduced price for Mother's Day gifts!! I was pleased to give this CD to friends and family for their listening enjoyment years to come!!

This is the best cd Clay has put out. Whether you like his past music or not everyone will like it. Has a mixture of everything,little country flavor,pop rock, bluesy song,love songs. Its impossible for me to pick my favorite songs on this cd. Don't even consider some of the journalists reviews. Just from their reviews, I can tell you they haven't listened to the cd. Do yourself a favor, pick it up and put it on while you're driving. Its really enjoyable.

Terrific CD, love the variety of music and that Clay is not just singing ballads. A lot of blusey, jazz, pop rock, country and Christian. Clay can sing any genre and his voice has matured and is outstanding. Clay can capture the emotion of each song. This is the CD I have gifted to friends because of the bonus track. I hope a lot of people get to hear this music, just fantastic.

Clay Aiken's new cd is a marvel in artistry. He has Kipper who is an award winning producer. His band for the cd is composed of award winning individuals and you can hear it in the production and the way this entire cd was put together. Clay Aiken's voice just bring the entire production together. Its such an eclectic cd that i haven't been able to find my favorite song yet. On my way here is just beautiful, it was written by ryan tedder of one republic and it is masterful. He rocks on Ashes and Falling and you just have to hear Sacrificial love. This is a masterpiece.
