This credit card-sized pink Zen features a crisp 2.5" color screen for video, photos and information. An SD memory card slot makes it expandable, too. It supports music and video subscription services, such as I-Tunes Plus and Walmart.com. Transcoding enables you to view GIF, TIFF, PNG and BMP photo files. And you can view transcoded videos in MPEG1/2, MPEG4-SP, DivX 4/5 and XviD formats. You can also use the Zen as a flash drive to store text and other files. Additional bonuses include a built-in equalizer with eight settings and an alarm clock.

Excellent Product. Better sound and video quality than the Ipod which I have. Easy to navigate, use and operate. Expansion memory is a bonus which puts this in anyone's price range. Making a 2gig player a 10gig player for well under $100.00. You can find 8 gig memory sd card all over the place for really cheap. Battery is excellent. Again blows the Ipod away. The only thing you might have to get used to is that the sd card acts independently which is no big deal to me or my daughter who is 10 and uses the sd for video. Google irreverter and download. Good program.

We bought the mp3 player for my daughter for Christmas. After spending a hour or so to download music and pictures, it worked for about 1 hour. It froze up, we couldnt even turn it off. I did buy her the bigger model with 4g, there were no bad reviews on this one. it must have just been the pink 2g model.

I bought this for my daughter. She loves it because not only can she listen to her favorite music. But she has also stored her favorite pictures on it as well. I am getting ready to purchase one for my son. I think they are great for the money. We realy like that you can buy a 2gb and add more memory just by adding an SD card. This item can even play videos and has FM radio. It comes with the cable to charge on the computer. But we also charge it using the charger from my cell phone. It is perfect. The only downfall would be that I have not been able to find a number for the manufacterer incase any support was needed.

i bought this and charged it for about six hours. I turned it on and was able to use it for about twenty minutes and it locked up tight. Twelve hours later it was still on the same screen. Would not turn off, back out of the function, or anything. Returned it to the store and bought a name brand MP3 player and am very pleased now.

I thought these would be a great Christmas gift for my daughters because of the price and the Pink Color. The players charged up onetime and I was able to download songs with no problem BUT the next day when we tried to charge up the players neither would charge. The charge light would blink off and on and after a week of trying I had to return both players. I would not recommend this product it is more hassle than worth especially since it is hard to find in stores and had to be ordered online with a hefty shipping charge which was not refunded.

I gave this as a Christmas gift for my 9 year old daughter. She loves it and I'm going to buy one for myself. The pink is gorgeous and very feminine. But pink only comes in 2 GB, which is perfect for daughter but I will need the larger one. Easy to use, nice screen. Looks expensive. Was a great gift, daughter can't put it down. Great for anyone, child, teen or adult. Daughter initially asked for an Ipod but I didn't want to pay at least 150 for something she may break or lose. So I got something just as good if not better, for half the price.

We charged the Zen overnight. After we downloaded music- the message "updating" appeared and stayed there until I reset (about 2 hours). After we reset it the power would not turn on even after I recharged again on the computer. The soft ware package stated "unable to dectect". I have done a RMA and hopefully will receive a working Zen as it was a Christmas present.

I bought this product for my 12 year old daughter. She loves it. My 18 year old daughter, who has an older generation ipod, wants one. It is very easy to use. We have loaded it with about 50 pictures, 70 songs, and the movie The Dark Knight and there is still memory left. I also found a 2GB SD card for $5 that doubled the memory. So far we haven't needed it though. The picture quality is great.
