It works better than I expected spent an hour when it came home cleaning all the little spots on the floor that had been there about a year from my three year old. everything came right out. then i accidentally spilled all the dirty water on the floor because i didn't read the directions and it came right up off the carpet, that's when i fell in love with it. It got everything right out even though the water was black & dirty. Bought because we have lots of carpet & a potty training toddler. LOVE IT! Definitely would recommend!

Item was larger than I expected from something with the word "little" in the title. It works great but is a little addictive. I got it for one area of my carpet and every time I though I was finished I would see another spot. And another spot. It got them all out

I have two furbabies and this product was purchased solely for cleaning up their messes. The machine is light-weight, easily portable and small to store in easily accessible places. I use the Bissell brand cleaning solutions and it has removed some terrible stains from my carpet and furniture. I have had no problems with suction, or other movable pieces. Great product for the price.

When I first got it this thing was great. My kids get my floor and couch so dirty it's ridiculous so this thing was wonderful. But I've had it for about 2 yrs now and eventually the spray part didn't spray like normal and barely sprays and sprays out the corners and not in the middle, then the handle piece I had to tape because it broke. And now it completely leaks on the bottom, not from the dirty water thank god. It would be a great product if they could fix whatever would cause those issues. I need another cleaner but I'm worried about buying the same product or something similar and having the same thing happen to it.

This a great machine when a person has a smaller home, great for quick pet spots/stains, and/or tracked in mud spots. Most importantly it's GREAT for cleaning the stairs in your home and so much easier than ever large steam cleaner could ever be!!!
We have 3 dogs, a tiny house, plus I have several painful/debilitating arthritic diseases.
The Bissell Little Green helps me clean MUCH EASIER. It's ideal for cleaning the steps and small spaces with ease. It's easy to carry up and down the steps or to any room in the house. Very easy to use as well!

I purchased this machine so I could easily clean my carpeted stairway, which is the main hangout for our two dogs. I was very pleased with how easy the machine was to use, and how well it cleaned. I'm only sorry I didn't purchase this sooner.

Bought this machine to do our sofa and matching lazy boy chairs. Machine was easy to handle and light as well. Still having trouble getting all the moisture up and into the dirty water chamber. I even called the tech support and they had me doing all sorts of tests which showed the machine was working properly. It doesnt have alot of high suction , but works ok. I just cant figure out where all the water is when its not pulling up and into the tank. With that into consideration I couldnt honestly give it 5 stars. But its still a decent machine for the price and the sofa and chairs look great.

I did research before buying this cleaner. Most reviews said it was great for the price. My own sister is on her 3th machine. She has 3 dogs and uses it pretty much every day. Her only complaint was that the suction on the Bissell wasn't as strong as she had hoped.
After using it, I agree. For the amount of cleaner that sprays out I expected more to be retrieved into the take up tank. Having said that, the upholstery I used it on and the area carpets (dry clean only) dried quite quickly. I did have a fan on them but would estimate that the couch was dry within 5-6 hours. The carpets a bit longer because I really soaked and scrubbed them. They look and smell great!
All in all I really like this little steam cleaner and would recommend buying one.

I would recommend this product if you had small areas. This is not for big areas at all. It did what I wanted it to do which was get rid of the stains on my couch. The pet smell is still there, I did use what was in the package, I did purchase the pet and stain remover at the store but have not used yet.

I bought this machine as a present for my daughter. She absolutely loves it! There were some nasty stains on our stairs. This Little Green machine took up the stains with a minimum of effort. It is well worth the money paid. It is easy to use and any stains on the rug can be cleaned quickly. I would definitly recommend this product.
