Call of Duty 4: Game of the Year Edition (Xbox 360)

I'm a highly story mode co op addicted gamer. This game is a bit shy of any form of co op other than multiplayer mode such as online Team Death Match and Headquarters, I enjoyed the online with my friends very much. Also its one of the only games I enjoyed playing solo campaign in as well. Epic scenarios put you in the game, honestly i don't think co op campaign would have done this game justice cause it would definately have had to cut back on some very well designed and just remarkable action packed levels. A-Must-Buy if your into shooters and multiplayer online with a hint of martydom. ;)

I am currently on my third Xbox 360 and second copy of COD4. This game is simply the best. The Single Player mode is what draws you in at first with the incredible storyline and amazing Next-Gen graphics however, the multiplayer mode is where you will end up spending countless hours with friends in party mode chatting it up and doing what it is you do. The stat tracking and level system allows you to progress and unlock new challenges and weapons as well as perks to give you the advantage in battle. When you finally reach the top you are left with a choice. Keep the perks and all the big guns or trade it all in for a little prestige. Start from the bottom and unlock all the challenges, weapons and perks all over again. Whatever you choose the gameplay never gets old and that is including the single player. It is also well worth it to download the map pack. You dont want to be the noob who gets kicked out of the lobby because you didn't take the time and spend the MS Points to download the pack. If you don't want to take my word for it read any of the over 50 editor's choice reviews from both the internet and the industry magazines. It is worth it.

This was the best game i have ever played on the 360 besides gears. But this was excellent. If u are like me then now its boring cause ima 10th prestige 55 so yea. If u aint have this game then u must get this game right now. u will love it. especially the campain. great game

I think this game is a very good game. It has all modern weapons and good graphics. My favorite thing about the game is the modern weapons because in the other Call of Duty games the are older times and they have do not very good graphics. I'm not saying that they are not a good game; Call of Duty 4 is just better in my eyes.

As I was saying the best part I thing is the guns and grenades because not most games are modern like this one. My favorite thing about the weapons is that there are many choices of guns like bolt-action, semi-auto,and fully-auto. I also like the choices of grenades like frag, flash bang, and smoke grenades.

i advise you never buy this game. It does not follow or even stay with the topic of call of duty series. Call of duty is supposed to be of world war 2, but not this one. A war of modern times. Way to many games like this. Just about every war game. I returned the game after i realised it was present day. Thumbs down to this game and its producers.

Single player missions are fun and easily beaten within 1 day of play.

Multi-player is where the real excitement is.
The best thing about the online play is the ranking system. As you gain rank, you earn weapons as well as other things. Beginners are matched up with seasoned veterans making it difficult to succeed in the early stages. After a few hours of play you will catch the hang of it.

The biggest problem with this game is trying to get some sleep so you will wake up and be at school/work on time. It's that addictive.

Awesome, multiple award winning game and rightly so! play online and you'll be amazed at the original system that caught on and is now used on world at war and cod mw 2 will probably be similair.
