Step2 Step2 Lift & Hide Bookcase Storage Chest
The Step2 Lift and Hide Storage Chest would make a really nice addition to your kid's room. It is bound to be a hit with the youngsters with its shape and color. The chest provides ample storage space not just for toys but books and other decorative items as well. The top most part of this bookcase storage chest has a rack where toys can be arranged. Below that is a shelf where books up to ten inches in height can be aligned vertically. Below the book shelf is a kid's storage chest where plenty of toys can be dumped, removing clutter from your child's room. This storage chest comes with an attached lid that will keep the toys and items neatly stored inside. The best part of this Step2 red bookcase is the fact that it is completely safe for kids to handle. There are no sharp edges and no heavy lids that can hurt tiny fingers.

It was alot bigger then i thought & tons of space to put toys in the chest! I would recommend this product to everyone! It's wonderful, super easy to put together! Would definately buy it again if needed!!

Like other reviews state, this toy box holds WAY more than I thought. Which is wonderful. The toys are off the floor. The lid is easy enough for my two year old twins to open and close by themselves. And the lid does not slam shut. Another plus, my little climbers cannot climb on the toy chest. LOVE! LOVE! I wish I would have bought this a long time ago.

This storage unit does exactly whatbit promises. Toy box is really big....my nine yr old son got inside of it and closed it with no prob. Great quality plastic. Bookcase fits a lot of books...medium to small of course...not large books, which worked great for us anyways. Great size...does not take up a huge amount of space in my kids' room. Would most definitely recommend!!.

I had purchased this Step 2 toy chest for my oldest child 15 years ago, and when I had my youngest child in 2011, I knew when the time came I would want a similar toy chest if not the same for my youngest child. I was glad to find this toy chest on Wal-Mart's website because Toys R Us had it for a higher price. It is the exact one I had for my older child. I had the toy chest delivered to my local Wal-Mart store and it was actually delivered a week earlier then indicated when I ordered it. :-) We are happy with the product, it's just as I remembered, plenty of space for books, toys and sturdy, easy to clean too! Very pleased with the ease and speedy service of purchasing online.

This is a great toy box. Stores a lot of toys and they can be hidden if desired. I also really like that it has the two top shelves too. My only complaint is that the door is not all that easy to open and close. It kinda sticks and you do have to use a little force at times. I don't know if that is just mine or not. Overall well worth the purchase.

My son is 20 months old and loves his new toybox. It holds a lot more than we thought it would. He can actually fit most of his toys in there. The door is big enough that he can reach the back without any problems. The lid stays in place when it is up so there is no danger that it will slide down on him. Also, it is very easy to put together and very lightweight. The lid is tight and my son isn't able to slide it back but he is able to lift it up on his own and get a toy out if he wants to. We are actually thinking of buying another one for our other son's room!

I bought this for my one year old. She can reach the bookshelf and easily get toys in and out of the box. My four year old can reach everything with ease (top of shelf too). It was very easy to put together and should be durable enough to last a very long time.

My son absolutely loves this toybox, as do I. It's perfect sized. It holds all of my 2yr olds toys without taking up his entire room. He's even climbed up on it a few times, and because of it's sturdy base it hasn't flipped over. Very pleased.

This is much nicer then the storage with bins I didn't want to see all the toys, so we went with this one in pink love it so far. She has tons of toys, but with this there is still room for more. And I really like the fact that she can open, and get her toys out herself, perfect height for our 16mo. Might be a little more pricey then other storage things, but I believe this one will out last those others much longer.
