The Bradley Apple Bisquettes, 120 Pack is great to be used with the Bradley smoker. These wood bisquettes are known for producing clean cool smoke without adding the distinct after-taste to smoked food. These are made from high quality hardwood and processed at controlled pressures and densities. When you cook wood to the ash stage you release the tars and resins from that wood. These Bradley bisquettes burn only to the charcoal stage, thereby keeping the tars and resins in the wood and not on your foods. Approximately 1 bisquette is used every 20 minutes by the smoker. Thus, this 120 pack should last for about 40 hours of smoke. These apple Bradley flavor bisquettes produce a milder sweeter flavor and is great for poultry and wild game meat.

Sorry about the poor rating. I have a charcoal smoker and this product just did not work out. I do think that if you have one of their smokers that this product would be at the very least perfect! Good product. Bad choice on my part. Maybe I'll get one of their smokers in the near future and give it a second chance.
