For the price I paid for these skates, it was money well spent. They are really cute and not heavy for my daughter. she absolutely loves them. Definitely a great beginner skate.

My daughter only Skates a few times a year so for the price these are perfect. They do however run large and wide so she has to double up on socks. Thinking they will last awhile.

The skates are everything that I hoped they would be for my 10 yr old daughter. She loves them, the only thing that she complains about is that the velcro strap isn't long enough for her to make them really tight, I am going to add some velcro to the boot and this way she can tighten them the way she likes. All in All a very nice skate for the price.

This was a great buy. I bought these for my daughter for her 7th birthday and she loves them! she has been skating everyday since and they are easy for her to balance on! She wears a size 12 in tennis shoes but i bought the size 1 and they still fit great with room to grow!

These skates are great! My girls love them. The only problem is that the tongue keeps slipping down to one side of the skates if you have small ankles. Other than that the skates are great!

I bought these for my 5 year old daughter (she has huge feet!). She loves them! I was worried that the wheels would feel too "loose" for her, as she's only ever used the plastic adjustable skates. She is doing great in them, though! I think they are well worth the money, especially since some skates can be expensive.

These were beautiful skates... until I outgrew them. Even then was my sister able to wear them because they were so well build.

*Nicely fitting (unless its too small)
*Rolls with little effort (if not, use a skate bolt tool to loosen bolts)

I wish I could give them a 3.5 stars. The skates are great. I bought these for my nieces 8th Birthday..she absolutely loves them. They say sidewalk skates, but they skate just fine on the skating rink floor. They do run a little large, but it is okay for growing room. My only complaint is the velcro ar the top..is sooo big, most little girls have smaller to normal size ankles and the ankle velcro strap is too big. You have to really pull it tight for ankle support. Other than that, we like the skates. Another of my nieces turns 9 next month and I am getting her skates as well, but will probably go with a boot skate.

I bought these skates for my 5 year old girl for Christmas. She loves thems! She wants to skate all the time and the skates are holding up well. (there is a lot of falling going on!) She can put them on and take them off easily and the fit comfortably. I did buy a size larger than she normally wears so they would last longer and that is not causing a problem. The skates seam to be true to size.
