This is a great toy. I personally purchased this game for my Neice to play with. When she isn't here I have it put away in my room where I find myself enjoying it. This is a great toy for a younger child weather they are boy or girl. This toy can keep children busy for hours. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a break from children. There IS a volume control on this toy. There is a place to store the stylus it comes with. I do however recommend you get some screen protectors for the screen and maybe the keyboard if this is for a younger child. (Nintendo DS screen protectors work fine) Personally, I just use the outside box clear parts and cut it to size to protect the screen.
