Perfect for the space between shelving in laundry room stacking two, dog and cat food and cat food bowls in frame holder sit on top away from puppy. Sturdy would not recommend for outside with out cover they do not have water tight seals. Very handy, put the bag of food in and forget it until next month or in this case as puppy is growing next week.

The container fits my needs. I have many pets that require different food. I bought 2 of this product and I've had it 2 weeks and its already been tested. The only negative is I wish the Lids closed tighter and a little stronger. Good value for its price.

These stack which is helpful. Living in the country we can have problems attracting field mice and rats with dog food, cat food & bird seed bags. Now they are stored safely in the bins & stacked against one wall so they don't take up much space in the garage. Work well to address concerns.

Review 7 for Suncast 72 Quart Food Storage Bin
Perfect for my dog's food!?

Just arrived today but already love it. I can add in 3+ bags of dog food in this bin. It'll be a lot easier to use for my parents as well instead of having to lift heavy bags. The negative comments about this bin, people should have searched more before they buy a product instead of expecting more than what it is, it's just a bin like any other bin.

Review 8 for Suncast 72 Quart Food Storage Bin
Not a good deal!

Just got 2 of these yesterday and I will be returning both of them to Wal Mart. Delivered by Fed-ex. One of the lids had 2 holes in it. They were in a cardboard box but no packing material was in it to protect them. Inside of them the bottom is not flat like I thought it would be. These are not worth the money! I got free shipping on these and that is the only good thing I can say about these bins. Like other people have said these are not air tight.

I bought this product to avoid having a big bag of dog food sitting around in my kitchen. I was a little hesitant because 72 quarts didn't seem very large, but in a bout of late online shopping I bought it. I appears much smaller than I expected, but holds a whole bag (approximately 35 lbs) with room to spare. The shape is a little odd, but it helps with getting the last few pieces of kibble out of the bottom. Definitely the best value I have encountered so far!

To the reviews who said it was not good due to not being air tight,, unless you live in a tropical area such as hawaii I do not understand why you need it to be air tight,, before this container i was just serving the food out from the bag,, I also have a container for dog food from Eukanuba, this is also not air tight, and frankly the last thing I want to do is struggle with some huge tupperware type lid, this makes it easily accessible, and neatens up my hallway where the dogs are fed . stackable a great space saver, and not costly, makes my life easier,, thumbs up here

They were not what I had thought the picture showed them to be. No tight seal and the front part you open to dispense the dog food is very flimsy and I'm sure will break in less than a month. If it wasn't so much trouble I would ship them back but then again for 13.00 what was I really expecting. Very unhappy with purchasing these.

I bought this item to store my pups dog food. It's easy to open and close really quick. Storage bin is strong enough to hold 70lbs bag of dog food. I am very satisfied and recommend it to any one. ;)

We bought two of these, one for cat food, the other for dog food. Both came in great shape. We had looked at several different types of food storage containers and couldn't believe how expensive others were. These were extremely affordable and so far, do their job. We've stacked them and so far, placed 20 pounds of cat food in the top and 35 pounds of dog food in the bottom. The top bin is extremely stable. I gave the bins a 4 out of 5 because even though the lids have a snap close design, if the bottom bin/lid has a decent amount of weight placed on it from the top bin, the lid doesnt latch on as well. We have very inquisitive animals and can see them figuring out that a good nudge will pop open the bottom bin lid. We would buy these again and can see many other uses for them - not just food storage.

Overall great product for the price. Can't beat it. Only problem I noticed is that the latch on one of the bins doesn't close securely. I put that one on top so the dogs won't figure it out. Other than that they are large, hold a 40pd bag + of food and stack nicely out of the way.

I bought this pet food storage container to house my cats' food in. The container is very large, and takes up too much room in my kitchen. It would work great for a large dog food bag though. I failed to calculate the size of this container before ordering. Bad move on my part. I will be ordering another type of pet food container soon to conform better in my kitchen.

Thought I was getting the better deal because it was about $13 online and the only ones in comparable size in the store were $24. This is basic plastic and the lid almost just sits on the top, not a very good seal. By the time I paid shipping it was at $20.. I should have waited and bought the one in store. The one in store is bpa free has a decent locking lid and wheels and holds about same amount of food.
I guess it comes down to personal preference but for about $7 more including tax and not having to wait for shipping, getting a better locking lid would have been my preference since i am using it to keep dog food stored in the garage.
This is not a bad product - what did i really expect for $13 but would have received much better rating if the lid locked like the more expensive container.
