If you are a fan of any Sims game, especially if you were addicted to playing Sims 2, you need to upgrade to Sims 3! The game is now even more addicting, fun and well worth the money. Make sure your computer's specifications match up to what the game requires, otherwise you will experience a lot of lag and get frustrated. Sims 3 has a lot more options and customizing than Sims 2, and the update on the graphics is a huge improvement! You will not be disappointed as you will spend hours playing this game and never get tired of it.

This is a great game to get unless you don't have time to get hooked on it. I don't do a whole lot of gaming, but I have a hard time walking away from this one. I always find myself with "one more thing to do" and then end up doing more and more. I would definitely recommend this game.

Game play is great i like that i can follow my sim thou out the city. Graphics is great i like the over look of the entire game. Customization is great I like to be able to customize my sim and my house and the city. I cant wait to purchase add on content.

Not alot of objects to choose from as far as furniture and things. I know the more expansion packs you buy you get these things, but didnt seem like alot compared to Sims 2.

it has very good graphics, and great for a christmas present. Make you or a friend or a stranger. Make your dream house with different patterns. You can go on the sims 3 community store and buy new town and furniture,hair, clothing, doors, etc.

I recently got this game for Christmas and I have spent hours creating families, homes, and much more. I would definitely recommend this game to everybody. You have much more freedom than you have before, but there are a few cons, too.
Sims 3 has a much smaller selection than the Sims 2 had when it comes to clothes and furniture. You would have to buy more expansion packs for the game to really customize you Sims.
I personally like being able to give your Sims traits and favorites, and having the moodlets. The moodlets let you know what needs to be done to give this Sim the best life possible. The traits make it easier for your Sim to find chemistry with another Sim. Over all, I'd say this is a great game, and it stays fun, even after the beginning.

I got this game because my friend got it and i was hooked. I at first had a little trouble downloading, but I am very good at computers so I figured it out. It is so much fun! Making sims is a blast. If you didnt know there at cheats too. Just look them up at line. A few downers is that their are no holidays or seasons. If you want pets on the game you have to get the Sims 3 Pet game. I would play for hours at night. A few disapointments but over all Great quality.

After years of not playing the Sims, I've finally gotten back into it. This is a great version :) The graphics are amazing, and the interactions of the characters are so lifelike. The only drawback is not having a better users guide. Thankfully my daughter is a big help with that. :)

I love The Sims 3!
This is the first Sims game I've ever purchased. It's so much fun and hours fly by when I'm playing so I have to watch out. Since I purchased this I've also added the Late Night expansion pack and High End Loft Stuff! :) I also purchased and played Sims 2. I noticed some differences especially in the lot building and some of the commands but I think they are all improvements. Also, there is the increase in Sim Creation which is great!
