I purchased the HP Computer but it was giving me problems. It was constantly running slow and freezing on me. So I called HP Customer Service and they advised me to try System Restore or System Recovery. Well, I tried both but my computer was still running very slow. So I called HP Customer Service back and they said to me "you need to just deal with it." I told them that I would deal with it by returning this HP Computer back to Walmart ASAP. I exchanged my HP Computer for a brand new Dell Computer. Walmart Customer Service was extremely courteous and helpful to me. Thanks Walmart!!!!!!!

I've had this system for over a month now and I'm very satisfied with it. The only problem I've had was on the initial setup when I tried to download HP updates and it froze but one call to HP easily solved the problem and I have had no problems since then. Coming from an XP system with a 16" monitor to this Vista with the 22" all I can say is WOW! The monitor displays my digital photos fantastically. Very happy with this system.

I bought this computer and before I got it set up I had to send it in for repairs so i had to do without it during my last week of school. I got it back and while on the internet the computer just turned off numerous times. I am returning it and from numerous people have told me the vista is nothing but problems and is very slow. I was very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

I am satisfied with the computer but I was disappointed that the setup of the system was not as user friendly as the HP products that I have purchased in the past. If this had been my first computer purchase, I would have been flustered. There were not good step-by-step instructions. I have always recommended HP products because they are so user friendly.

This is a great investment. I love this computer. It is great for many different uses. I would have loved it to come with XP rather than Vista but I guess I can get use to it. The monitor is the best part in my opinion. AMAZING!!

Proud owner for 24 hours. Had problems with the monitor. It displayed a red hue all the time. Tech support was very helpful and a new monitor is being sent to me Fed Ex. Overall I like it even with the reddness. I have always had good luck with HP products in the past and that played an important part deciding which brand to purchase.

I have had my computer for a few weeks now and it is totally awesome. I just love the 22" monitor which to my surprise rotates clockwise 90 degrees so that you can read a whole page without having to keep scrolling down. I didn't know this when I purchased this product but was very excited when I discovered this option. I would definately recommend this product.

Product was fairly easy to set up and use. I have had some problems with vista operating system but not major. They were worked out by downloading different drivers for old programs and extras.

I am very happy with the delivery, ease of product setup and functionality of computer system. The larger flat screen monitor is great - good clear picture and sound quality is excellent.
