Product is easy to use, has all the parts and comes with internal memory plus takes variety of memory cards. I loaded each frame with pictures personalized for each person - I bought three for customized presents. Frames were solid, good pictures and well priced.

This digital picture frame has excellent resolution and is very easy to use. One feature not included (and so it lost a star) is shuffle pictures. As far as I can tell, the frame will only loop through your pictures in alphabetical filename order, there is no shuffle feature :(

I purchased this frame as a gift, but pre-loaded it with pictures. I thought the instructions that came with the product were too basic and unhelpful. However, I checked the internet and found a detailed instruction guide on their web site. It is a very nice looking frame, and after I finally was able to load pictures, they appeared very clear and crisp.

I was worried about the quality of the picture and ease of use. I just plugged the USB cord from the frame to the computer and quickly downloaded my pictures. Very good frame.

Very nice frame. Displays pictures clearly. It has a feature to show a couple pictures at once. They are small when there is more than one on the screen (obviously) so with that feature, it'd be best viewed on a bigger frame.
Basically, for a desk, it's great. But for a wall, you'd want to go bigger.

I recieved this frame yesterday as a gift from my girlfriend for fathers day. I would say it's great quality for the money, but the truth is it's just plain quality !! It has a great, crisp picture and awesome features. I have a 6MP camera, and those pictures can take up alot of space, but when you register this frame on the website you can download the desktop software that resizes the picture so they don't take up that much space and fit the full screen of the frame. You can also set it to multiple photos displaye so it will put 2, 3, or 4 pics onscreen at one time which looks really cool. With the nice wood frame it has I have it hidden / blended in to my regular frames. AWESOME !!!!!!!

This unit is generally a good value for the money, however, it has one significant shortfall in my judgment, and that is its' inability to store pictures in files. If you were to store several hundred pictures in memory, it would be an endless task finding your way around as you must sort in rows of three. In the next level unit, the 8 inch, they have added the capability to create file folders. This feature should be added to this frame.

I purchased two of these for mother's day and was very pleased at the features this product presented. The frame is very nice and downloading pictures and music is very easy. The picture quality is really good too. I didn't have time however to download a video but I'm sure it is not difficult. Overall, I would purchase the product again. I would have purchased one for myself but there were only two of these left. Hopefully, this will be re-stocked for purchase soon.

I absolutely love the picture frame itself - it is hard to find frames like this in cherry wood. It is very easy to load either using a picture card or a computer and the remote is very handy. Don't get this frame if you want to play music or videos with sound - the sound is horrible. I almost can't listen to it. It is like there is something buzzing inside of it. Also, it says that it will rotate your pictures for you but it doesn't always. Hope this helps. There are so many out there to choose from.
