I received this unit sort of late after it was lost during the mail transit. Upon receiving it, in less than a month, the button for the channel in both TV itself and remote stop working and wouldn't respond. I felt so frustrated cause I waited for more than six weeks, cause the first one they shipped me got lost in the mail so walmart sent me another unit. The unit is still working but unfortunately you have to manually press each channel, losing the convinience of just scrolling up and down from both the tv and remote. Overall the item is still good I just hope nothing else breaks down since we dont have the luxury of having a walmart store in our island of Saipan. Cause if we did I'll just take it down and have it replaced for another brand. I've always trusted Sony unfortunately this particular model is a lemon.

I was able to hook up this TV all by myself, and that was a great feeling. At first I was disappointed in the color and sharpness of the picture, but very soon I learned to work the menu features on the remote and was able to get a sharp picture with beautiful color. Adjustments are fast and easy. I am used to a 20 inch Sony flatscreen I have in my bedroom, so this is more of the same quality, just bigger. My next step is to get the cord I need to hookup my laptop to the clearly marked connection point on the back of the TV so that I can project things onto the TV screen from my laptop for a small group class I teach. I did not see option for buying an extended warranty on the TV when I purchased it online, and that is my only regret. If someone could tell me how to do that now, I would be very glad.

I must admit that while this television is excellent - one of the best things about it is that we got it online actually on Thanksgiving day at one of the Walmart - THIS DAY ONLY, ONLY ONLINE specials. I think we paid $498 for it - which was a great price at the time - still is I think. The Walmart online experience was great - we picked it up at the store and got free shipping.
Set up was easy - and standard hook-up - an extra connection on the side of the TV is nice. While the Audio is fine - the set-up is much more confusing than it has to be - but that's really just a quibble.
I'd recommend it.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A 32 INCH SCREEN TV AND I SAW THE SAMSUNG 32 INCH FOR $497 AND GRAB IT THE PICTURE WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE SOUND WAS VERY POOR IT KEPT VIBERATING SO I BROUGHT IT BACK AND GOT A SONY 32 INCH BRAVIA AND I LOVE IT THE SOUND IS GREAT AND PICTURE IT WAS WORTH THE EXTRA $100 DOLLARS ($597) I PAID I GUESS YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I received this TV as a Christmas present and it was definitely my best present. The picture is excellent. I have it hooked up to a surround sound system and the sound is exceptional It was also very easy to hook up to my stereo system. It's the perfect size for a bedroom. I'll be purchasing another one for my spare bedroom.

Got this at my local walmart where they said they only had one left...the box was damaged and there was a tiny nick in the outer cabinet..barely visible. They have get 40% off!! Got the TV for $350. If you buy a TV at walmart ask them if they have any cosmetically damaged items! TV works perfectly, warranty, and returns included. Couldn't be happier.

Purchased this product because of the Sony name. Another great Sony product. This TV is a great value. The sound dosen't do much for me, so I purchased the Sony surround sound system. Other than the turning on is slow, everything else is more than I expected. Playing games on it is great, since everything is realistic. Movies are fun, because now you can see every detail, even the blemishes on stars that you thought had flawless complexions. Would recommend it highly. Enjoy it like we have.
