Some say the instructions are not easy to follow...yes they require some interpretation....but whatever, it's a great deal for what you pay! I'm very pleased with it, everything works as promised. Take your time putting it together, don't get frustrated, it's quite worth it!!!!

I had huge problems putting this product together. One of the screws came through the wood, and it happened to be the top piece. It came with directions, but they are WRONG. I called the number on the box and was given nothing but attitude from the customer service representative I spoke with. Only because of my persistence did I finally get to speak with the one and only person who knows how to put this thing together without drilling holes into it.

This product is great. It is fairly easy to assemble and a good price. There is one problem with the product. It is missing 6 holes. The holes that are supposed to be used to attach the top half to the bottom half are not there. I just ignored that step and used the metal poles that run throughout this stand to hold the top and bottom together. I just have to be careful while moving the tower. Overall it is great though, holds a lot of DVDs.

I think this meets it's purpose although when I placed the order online the picture made it seem as though it was going to be taller and able to hold more than just DVD's. I still like it, the reason I ordered it is to hold the movies I was just hoping that I could throw some books on there as well.

After reading many of the reviews for this product I was worried it would be hard to put together, but it was probably the easiest assembly I have done for anything. I had no trouble at all putting it together you do the top level first then repeat and that was simple enough. It works perfect and looks great and is a awesome product.

This item seemed to be ideal for the purpose especially with the swivel action for easy access. My actual purchase and the instructions included may have been a defective one because I followed the directions and attempted to put the item together and realized something was wrong so I dissasembled it and started all over with assistance from someone else and realized the item still was not assembling correctly. However, after carefully looking over the instructions we realized the instructions were incorrect and not our ability to put the rack together. Needless to say we needed to drill two extra holes for screws to keep it in place.
