Has everything the product ad says it has. The wheel makes it really easy to scroll through the long lists and it has a blue light around it which is also really neat. Music quality is excellent. Picture quality is very good. Video quality is good (except the sample video that comes with it; very bad quality). FM Radio is really good quality. The Microphone quality is excellent. Another cool feature is that you can record the radio station you're listening to. A few people have been having a problem with the mp3 player saying it freezes quite a bit, but mine hasn't freezed even once so far since I got mine (about a month ago). You may want to buy a case and a screen protector when you buy one because it can get pretty scratched up. I bought a silicone case and a screen protector for mine and it has no scratches so far. :)

When I first started to down load music to the mp, it started downloading everything on the computer. I was so confused but after messing with it for hours I finally got it. The instructions to do this were very confusing. But... all in all.... my daughter loves it and was not a bad price.

So, easy to use (and I'm not all that electronic savvy). I find that I'm using it all the time...while walking, driving, shopping, reading, etc. Had it about a month now and haven't found anything about it I don't like...in fact, I found features about it that I didn't even know it had that make it even nicer than I anticipated!

Owning 3 Ipods I wanted to break free from Itunes but Ipods are good sounding. This little guy sounds just as good if not better than any Ipod and simple to use. I give it a 4.5 only because you have to disconnect the headphone to insert the USB cable, or have very little fingers. Good bang for the buck.

I got this player to use instead of putting disc's in my computer. It is nice. Still getting the hang of using it. The only thing I don't like are the earbud headphones. They are a little big and hurt when I use them. I had an old pair of headphones that I use instead.

This is my third SanDisk player. I am very happy with the player. It is very easy to use and sounds great! The color is nice too. Lots of room for all of your songs. I use it on my radio at work and in the car, it is so nice to have a mix of the music I like. I purchased one for a Christmas gift and I am thinking of getting another one for my 80 year old Dad. I do not feel that he will have any problems using it. Thank-you Sandisk for a great gift.

This player replaced one with just a dim text only display and difficult controls (thumb rocker) for a non technical user. They love it and find it easy to use once I have loaded it for them. The Fuze works right out of the box with Windows media player. Be sure to download the Sansa Media Converter (from Sansa web site) which is useful for compressing large photo and video files so they do not consume a lot of memory. The headphones supplied sound good, but you might find they do not easily stay in your ear. The expandable memory, FM tuner, recorder function, and much lower price are all pluses compared to the iPod Nano. All in all an excellent product.

I bought this mp3 for my husband for Christmas. He was so frustrated trying to use the player he wanted to return it. Come to find out he hadn't read the directions. It was a snap to use after that and he decided he wanted to keep it. He wasn't using the wheel- just the click. It sound great. I would recommend this player to my friends. A good price also.

I purchased 3 of these for Christmas. 1 pink, 1 blue, 1 red. I have 3 teenage daughters so we needed different colors. They LOVE them! They have all had the sandisk clips prior so were already familiar with a lot of the features. Loading the music is easy & is great that it is Napster compatiable. They love the wheel, the picture is awesome, the radio is an added bonus, as well as the photo album feature. Definitely a great value for the features provided. We recommend this product as well as the Sansa brand. THANK YOU!

I purchased this MP3 player when it was on sell for half the price ($50). With this being my first real MP3 player and after figuring out how to sync songs from WMP with it, I find the player easy to use. The sound is good. Adding pictures and videos are also easy to use add. The wheel and navigation were easy to figure out. Overall, a good product. I would not pay full price and that is mainly because I don't listen to music as often as other people.
