This product goes through batteries VERY quickly. Also it is a bit lightweight as far as quality but it works for what I needed it which is my girls' birthday. I ended up having to buy the rechargeable batteries for it. In hindsight I would have looked for a camera that already had a rechargeable battery with it.

I am really impressed with this camera! Very light and easy to use. Got it just so I wouldn't have to drag my SRL everywhere. This is easy to just throw in my purse and go! Even my 6yr old can take great shots with this camera! The additional memory card it came with was just a added bonus.

If you plan on purchasing this camera I would suggest also purchasing a 4gb SDHC memory card for it, because this camera only comes with a 32mb card which is not much memory. You will need to buy more! I took 7 pictures and the camera told me the memory card was full on the 32mb card. It takes nice pictures and is a good quality for it's price!

This camera has everything you need in a point-and-shoot, and more. It's the least expensive camera we could find that actually has a speaker so that you can listen to the videos you shoot, and the controls are so easy that my 6-year-old is totally competent with it. Use it with lithium AA batteries, not the ones it comes with. I highly recommend it!

I bought this camera for my special needs son to take on his class trip. He is not always technology friendly. I expected that the camera might be dropped and broken or even lost so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it. As it turned out this camera is as simple and intuitive as you could want. It has features that rival my $450 Sony. My son had no trouble using it and even though dropped continued to work flawlessly. I like the face finder and mpeg movie functions as well as the option to make manual setting. With a 4GB SD card he was set for the weekend. Ausgezeitnet!

I got this for my teenager (14). It takes remarkable pictures. and with the additional memory card it allows you to take quite a few and still store them in the camera/on card. The batteries seem to wear down quickly, but this could be a "teen" thing and just not turning it off when not in use, but we have had it for 2 weeks and have gone through 8 batteries already.
