I find the Canon Power Shot to be a very nice camera to use. It is compact and goes everywhere with me. There are easy to follow directions which I need. It can do many more things than what I have tried, but for now I am very happy with the simple pictures and loading onto the computer. I believe you will love it also.

My husband and i got the 2x zoom for a long time huh. So i ask him if i can have a new camera for my bday. I pick this one coz its affordable and yet its a good brand too. We went for a vacation and i really love using it. Its so clear and friendly use. And the scean is bigger than what we used to have. And the i love the video coz the sound was so clear!

Had absolutely no experience w/digital cameras so was very hesitant to start use at first. Read Canon's A580 Powershot manual's "Basics". After familiarizing myself w/ Manual, took the new camera on an Alaskan vacation. Found it very easy to use & to figure out how to photograph just about anything. Zoom is a great feature. Always keep the wrist strap on for camera's safety. Has a good solid feel when in use. My only complaint is that it uses AA batteries up too quickly, otherwise, loved it.

I am very happy with this camera. I would definitely suggest it to those soccer moms who want great, quality shots with ease. It's compact and light weight. WE didn't have to use the manual to get started either. We've used it ALOT since we got it and it's meeting every need!

This camera is what you can expect from a Canon.. a great product for not too shabby of a price. It probably has more features than the SLR we have from Canon. The only thing I don't like is it has the delay before it takes the picture like a lot of handhelds have.. So it is hard to capture spur of the moment shots.. It might be a setting though? Other than that, it is a great camera, especially considering the price!

This Camera is Awesome for the money!!!! The picture quality rivals more expensive cameras. My only dislike is when you are using the flash it takes about 30 sec. to recover. But I absolutely love the camera!

This camera is very user friendly. It has a red eye eraser built into the camera, so you can fix any red eye that you might get, save it, then print it, without having to edit the picture on your computer. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone thinking of buying a digital camera. You are getting an excellent product at an excellent price.

I went from a Kodak easyshare to this camera and let me tell you what a great deal.. This camera is fantastic!! so easy to use!! Takes super pictures! The clarity is unbelievable.. It has the features to take the "red eyes" out, but so far i have yet to use it because there are no red eyes.. The price was unbelievable too.. Very much worth the money.. And the features are fantastic too.. my 11 year old loves to operate it.. have yet to use the videos but am sure its just as great, mainly bought it for the picture taking though.. am very happy indeed thank you WALMART for site to store shipping!!!

The way the battery and disc compartment opens and closes with GREAT difficulty means I will need to return the product. The camera should not be brand new and require force to shut the uneven door on the product's underside. I expect more from Canon.

This camera takes amazing pictures! I take it everywhere with me. It has different settings for inside, outside, portrait, pets, etc. It also comes with a great software program that makes it easy to download and edit your pictures. All in all a great purchase!

I have used a few different brands of camera and have had great luck with canon products.That was the main reason I chose this camera.The price was the second.After getting it and using it I fell in love with it.It is one of the easiest cameras to use.Even if you have never used a digital camera,this is the one for you.Great price,great pictures overall awesome value.I say buy it!

This is the first digital camera I have owned. I love it! I takes beautiful pictures and is easy to use. The software that is included makes it easy do download, print and save your photos. I do suggest you by a bigger memory card the one included doesn't hold very much.

I needed this camera for my recent vacation and it worked perfectly. The only gripe I have with the camera is that it doesn't automatically protect your pictures from deletion, you have to choose each individual picture. I let someone take pictures with my camera and all the pictures I had take prior to that time were deleted accidentally.
This is a great camera for the first time digital camera user. The screen is big and bright and the controls are simple.
Worth the money.
