this camera can take profesional shots with a huge variaty of modes i always use the program mode and take shots as good or better as my aunts canon rebel xti it also has the option to get different lens such as wide angle telephoto macro and a wide variaty of filters which i am getting soon this camera is a bang for the buck i encourage all of the owners of this camera to step away from the auto mode and try the different settings that can make even better photos

An excellenty choice as a replacement for twenty pounds of SLR equipment. Some creative control is lost, of course, and, people take photographs, not cameras. Working atround the limitations is part of the creativity The only real drawback is the lag time between shutter release and capture of image.

~Amazing Pic of Eye I Took~
I have had digital cameras before, but this was amazingly outstanding compared to others...
1st, this camera takes outstanding pictures, and video!
2nd, at the price, it is AWESOME!!!
3rd, Battery power = great
4th, Macro/Micro setting can make any picture look like it was taken by a proffessional photographer!
5th, Video picks up sound perfectly... crisp and clear

When I got the box, it was another camera I thought like all the rest but this was going to be great, I opened the box I thought it was a joke.
I thought they put another camera in my box? At first I felt Insulted to my somehow Intelligents It was small and thought I would send it back! But I started useing it and it was very easy...?

I had a Kodak EasyShare and was so frustrated by the number of pictures I had to take to get one good one. With this camera, it's almost impossible to get a fuzzy picture. Also, I like the short delay before next shot. Taking pictures is so much more fun when you can look forward to great quality and ease in transferring to computer. The editing function is very inclusive and effective, especially the color/brightness adjustments. I think this is a terrific camera for the price. (WalMart had the best price, of course.)

This camera is a good buy. The view screen is larger than my old camera - this is a nice upgrade. The camera takes pictures quickly and the image stabilization feature works great. Easy to use.

Kentucky Fall
This camera rocks my world! I have a cannon 35mm that is amazing, but this was my first cannon digital camera. I saved for months and have not regretted my purchase in the least! It takes amazing photos, some of which I have even sold! I carry it with me everywhere and the size is perfect. The video function is great as well! This is WELL worth the cost and it has lasted me a great deal of time with no problems! :c ) Enjoy!

So far this camera is very easy to use. I love that it takes regular batteries instead of plugging into a wall every time it needs a charge. I've only had it for a few weeks but it gets an A+ for now!

I bought this camera back in Sept. Loved it. It took great pics and was easy to use. Although after just using it a few times I kept getting a lens error. And then one day it stopped working. I contacted Canon and they said they would repair it. I thought, this stinks. It was a brand new camera and only used a few times. I would be out of a camera for a few weeks. I would have rather had it replaced. It was over the 30 day return policy. I contacted Walmart.com and asked if there were exceptions if the product was a defect. They contacted me back within the day and said to return it for store credit. I was tickeled pink!!! Kudos to Walmart for being on the customer's side!!! I bought the same exact camera again and crossing my fingers that the first one was just a lemon. My brother has one. He loves it and has never had a problem with his. I just wanted to say Thanks Walmart!

I thought this was a good camera and all the reviews says it is. I feel that all my pictures come out cloudy and not sharp. I will probably return this for the 2nd time cause I like my pictures to be sharp!

I bought a smaller camera, and was unsatisfied with its performance; with its shutter speed, picture quality, and function settings. I took it back and bought this one online. This is a great deal for a smaller camera. It offers faster shutter speed, clear pictures, and is fairly compact. I like the settings options to be outside of the camera, which makes it easier to change when necessary. I wanted a camera that could keep up with the speed that my children move, and I finally found one that worked for my needs. I would reccomend this to anyone with kids, and who knows a little bit about cameras. Oh, you can also fix the red-eyes right on the camera!

All of the preset functions really make this camera a breeze to use and it's quick to switch between settings. The "aquarium" setting takes the best photos I've seen from a camera in this price range.

I have really enjoyed my new digital camera.. I have already taken tons of photos with it.. I love the fact that it's something like I have really been wanting and it was at such a good price... I have choose to place to photos that I took while we were driving down the interstate of a airplane gettin ready to land at the airport.. One photo is from a good distance and then the other one is zoomed in some, but not all the way.. So you be the judge of how well the photos came out cause may I remind you that they were taken while driving down the interstate..

My husband got me this camera for my b-day I really like the quality of the pictures....very easy to use...I use it almost everyday....I take pictures and load them on the computer to send to my husband so he does not miss out on so much while he is deployed...I would greatly recommend it to anybody

I owned a Cannon before ( I dropped it ) I bought another Cannon. I like the way the camera operates. It's easy to use. I love the different ways that you can send and process the pictures. Other people can view them as soon as I take them. I would get another Cannon when the time comes.
