Easy to use design.
Poles seem flimsy however.

Missing Pieces,

We received the product on time, and had an easy time picking it up from the store. The problem was that part of the enclosure came with a defective piece. Without the piece, the enclosure could not be installed. The kids were very dissapointed that they couldn't jump. When we called the manufacturer, they said it would be weeks before they would send the missing piece. The problem was their fault, yet they would not correct the problem immediately, but told us we had to wait for several weeks. We were not happy with Skywalker's customer service.

Purchase trampoline and safety enclosure for Christamas 12-07 for our 2-8year old children. All of the safety enclosure is now dryrotted and falling off all around the yard. The spring cover around the outside edge of trampoline is completely falling apart in you hands. It lasted 6 months! Didn't even make it through the summer. We live in a mild climate zone.

Already attached /sewn in to the bed. Very easy. You will need a tall ladder to work on the top bars and the netting (sturdy A-frame).

This enclosure is necessary when buying the trampoline. I have three small children and I don't think you should purchase one without the other. Great product.

I had a trampoline when I was younger. There was no such thing as a saftey net back then. I can't tell you how many times my friends and I fell off the the trampoline. This saftey enclosure is impossible to breach!

The safety enclosure for our new trampoline is excellent. It is securely fastened to the trampoline, is nice and high and lets lots of air in, so it doesn't get too hot while jumping. We highly recommend purchasing the enclosure with the trampoline.

We've only had the trampoline & enclosure for a week so we'll see how the enclosure survives...it seems a little thin...
Makes the trampoline a lot safer so it's definitely necessary.
Lots of fun...too bad the trampoline doesn't come with stairs...it's kind of a pain to get in and out of...

We spent the entire weekend assembling the trampoline and enclosure...only to find the last steps of the enclosure parts missing...we did not get the elastic straps to attach the safety netting to the high bars. The company (not Walmart) is giving us such a run-around...this is the third day that we are trying to get these parts and every time we speak to them (if we can get through to them) they tell us we need something else to place the order. First it was the serial number, then the model number, and now today we can't get anyone to answer the phone. FRUSTRATION! Meanwhile, our 2 children have to look at the great trampoline assembled in our back yard for the 6th day and not be able to jump on it! Total Bummer.

Buyer Beware! I purchase the 15' Skywalker Round Trampoline and Safety Enclosure Net back in April. When we got it home and started assembling it, it was missing one of the main poles to attach the safety net to the trampoline. There was a letter included in the box stating that we should not contact the place of purchase but contact Skywalker directly for broken or missing pieces. So I followed the instructions and contacted Skywalker Trampolines. It is now June and the parts that I was assured would be shipped out and arrive in 3 to 4 days, still have not arrived. When I call Skywalker, I get a answering machine and never a return call. I requested via e-mail a tracking number and got no response! Very poor customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied!

My daughter is a competitve gymnast, thus she thinks she can just flip all over the planet. The net has already saved us a few ER visits for when she gets over zealous. A must have for the trampoline.

We bought this trampoline as a replacement for one that took a trip in a big windstorm. (We didn't have it tied down) On the old one, the enclosure was attached with a rope. The rope became frayed and had to be replaced. This one attaches directly through springs. Seems much better. We also bought the stakes to secure this one. Wal-Mart sells it as a combo with a ladder and mesh bag. I highly recommend buying it from Wal-Mart instead of the manufacturer. Nearly half the price.
