I purchased the Wii as I wanted the Wii Fit program....I am so very happy with it...This balance board was part of the bundle that I purchased....It makes excercising soooo much fun...Such a nice variety of excercises ...you don't get bored ....It is so nice to just be able to work out at any time in my own home....and it keeps track of EVERYTHING for you....even weighs you!!!!

I have not workout in a long time and the Wii Fit has got me working out again. I am still a beginner and it is fun and very challenging and if you work out with someone else it helps a lot. Even if you working out alone it's still is a lot of fun and it tracks your progress and assist you with ways to improve on your movements it also tells you not to over do it. I really love the helpful hints also. They do help; since I got the Wii Fit I have lost 4 pounds. I work out everyday and it helps me to be more accountable for my weight lost.
I wish you could work out with someone else without going in and out of the profiles. I have not tried the other fitness games yet only because of the cost but I know I will once I have master all the works outs on the Wii Fit. I am really enjoying working out again.

Fantastic product and fun to use. I don't like to exercise, but the Wii balance board makes it fun and easy for any age group. Even our teenage babysitter looks forward to having her thirty minutes on Wii Fit, after the children (ages 7-12) and the grandparents (age 70+) have their turn. It's a really good way to get in your exercise - from Yoga to Strength training to just-plain-fun.

I had been trying to lose weight for a couple of years to no avail. I have high blood pressure and arthritis in the no right hip and knee. I have been told not to take part in exercises that have a lot of impact on the legs. two months ago my wife & I bought the Nintendo Wii for the Grandkids to play with when they would come to visit. We saw the Wii Fit w/balance board and thought we would try it. Since then I have lost 12 pounds gradually and have lowered my blood pressure to slightly less than normal, and have reduced the pain in the hip and knee and can tell a significant difference in my leg strength. Oh, the grandkids have a ball with it too. It has 4 phases; yoga, balance, strength & aerobics. The whole family can enjoy competing against each other or just use it as an exercise program
