Just an o.k. workout DVD

I bought this a few weeks ago and tried it only a couple of times, the title does not match the content. Very little dancing not much kickboxing, also the music was not music at all very dull and boring. I would not recommend this workout dvd, I am sure there are better ones available, very disappointed
