You get what you pay for.the price was right.my supplier was out so I gave Wal-Mart's DHEA a shot.Not as potent as my $15 dollar bottle of DHEA I get from an online health food place ,but it works.It dont give the immediate boost the good stuff gives,but in a pinch will keep the ya yas goin.

this was the first type of dhea i took regularly and i really like the smooth coated pill. it's been a little over a year ago and i have tried several brands but cannot say for sure that there's much difference between them because dhea benefits progress very slowly --but they do happen! i am proof positive that this stuff works - i'm truly in the best shape of my life. i take 200mg on workout days and 100 on off days which seems like a lot but everyone is different and this is what works best for me after mixing it up, plus i take protein powder too. i'm over 40 and was probably lacking testosterone in my system so if your hormones aren't problematic, it's probably a waste of your time and money. i encourage anyone over 40 to give it a try but plan to wait at least 4-6 weeks because it is a slow process.
