Poor Packaging - Missing several parts

The product was ok, but I was really disappointed when I found out that not only 1 piece was missing, but 4 out of 6 rails and on top of that all the pieces that will work as the bottom of the shelves were bended..
the packaging has really poor /thin plank foam that makes it really vulnerable to any impact..
Luckily enough that the Walt-mart rep was really helpful and refunded my money on the spot even though this was a site to store item and they didn't carry it at the store I picked for delivery..

I bought this dresser for my Daughter who is 6 months pregnant. I had it shipped to her home, it arrived promptly and undamaged.
She was going to wait for her husband to assemble it but was too excited to wait so decided to assemble it herself. It took her an hour to assemble the both the dresser and the changing table I bought with it. In her words assembly was "A piece of cake".
The finished products? Beautiful, they look just like their pictures and are very sturdy. An Excellent value and Beautiful.

The crib was very easy to put together, was shipped & received within two days of placing the order, and was pretty straightforward to put together. The changing table is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, and in retrospect, I wish I would have passed on a changing table and invested in a dresser at the right height to serve as a double function. But, this is my own fault.
The only complaint I have, it's more of a cherry than an expresso. I noticed this in other's comments as well. Some reviews noted the discrepancy in color, and others rebutted that it is expresso. There is definitely an auburn/red hue to the wood and it's not a true expresso. I wasn't trying to match it with other furniture, since this was the first piece of furniture I had, but if you are trying to match, proceed with caution.
Also, I did not receive the crib pad with the changing table, but upon calling customer service, one was shipped to my house within a few days. Prompt & quick to answer at customer service.
You can also see some of the screws, etc, however, if one has that much time to stare at the side of a crib/changing table, I would suggest investing in a hobby....
For the price you pay, I don't think it can be beat (and I looked!).

We bought this in the crib bundle (have yet to put the crib together) but we put the changing table together last night. Looks just like I thought it would and it was very easy to put together. I love the dark color.

I ordered this changing table bacause the price was right for my budget, I ordered it online and received it in less than a week. I love it, it's sturdy and it matches the crib... the only thing was that it didn't come with instructions, but It was not hard to figure out for my husband!

This table is very sturdy and functional once assembled. I like the fact that it has wheels so that you can roll it longways when you are using it (who likes to change a baby from the side?). Well worth the money paid. There are a lot more expensive changers on the market, but for the length of time it will be used, I felt as this was the best deal. It also matches the Delta Canton Espresso crib perfectly.

This changer is much more sturdy and bigger than the picture makes it seem. Matches the crib perfectly and looks great in the nursery. They only thing I'm not 100% crazy about is the changing pad, it's pretty thin and I'm not sure it will hold up through all the changings with a new baby, but overall, it's a very nice changer!

We really like the finish of the wood. Not gonna lie...there are some imperfections on a couple of the pieces but it's so minute we don't care. It's seems very sturdy and looks great in the room. We will see how it holds up once the baby arrives!!! Really nice product. Very Happy!

I put this changing table together in less than 30 mins....being 9 months pregnant I think that's pretty good. It's the perfect size and came with a changing pad. I saw the same table in BabysRus for $109.99. I paid only $69. I bought some baskets for each shelf and put all the baby things I would need in them. Overall you can't go wrong the wood is sturdy and the wheels make it a breeze to move out the way or from one room to the next.

a great portable changing table

I have chosen this changing table because it had wheels and could be moved around if needed. My daughter is staying in our room at present and it is great to be able to move the changing table to the bathroom, when giving her a bath, so we can dry her off and get her dressed on it. The dressing table was easy to assemble and is pretty sturdy, definitely a good value for money. The only negative is that the changing pad is really thin, but I already had a changing pad so I just replaced it. I read several reviews on here saying the color is different than they expected - it does have a bit of a dark red hue, but matches pretty closely with the rest of my furniture.

I got this changing table to match the Graco Lauren Espresso Crib. It's beautiful and it much sturdier than I thought it would be. I am very happy with this changing table. I did get a new contour changing mat, the one that it came with is really really thin. But other than that, it's perfect! I just can't wait to put it to use once the baby comes:)

The changing table is very good looking. I purchased it with a package from Walmart that included the crib and the glider rocker. I do not think it looks as good in the picture as it does in person. This piece is easy to assemble. I did however purchase a better changing pad. The one that this comes with was way too thin.

Disappointed with condition of product

I am disappointed with the condition of the furniture when taken out of the box. It was already dented and scratched in several places. I can live with that, but after assembling the changing table, the very last bar at the bottom had an issue with the groove where the screw inserts, it is stripped. To get the replacement piece you have to go through the manufacturer, which is a drawn out and slow process. Hopefully we will receive this piece before the baby arrives.... I was hoping for a better quality product.
