I bought this for my puppy and it works great. She is safe, can run around while I am out. Perfect and the price was great. It would probably be good for a baby as well. Folds up with a handle if you need to tavel with it.

It was hard to see in picture, I thought there would be a handle to open. The gate is hard to open for older people or people with problems with their wrist like me. Bought to keep my puppy enclosed in porch..works great for him.

For the price of this play yard you really can't go wrong. I do wish that it were a bit more reenforced (the plastic gate sections themselves aren't the most rigid of things) but once it's all snapped together it holds up fairly well. I bought this a replacement/addition to the remaining pieces I had from a previous set. The "hinges" where the gate collapses together work HARD and the gates being made with a "flexible" plastic I snapped one of the old gate sections while trying to collapse it. This time I'm just making sure to be careful of how I push/pull it while adjusting the hinges. I do want to emphasize that the space it gives you for your child/pet is very adequate and once constructed into it's hexagon shape it does hold up pretty well. (Also works nice to block off a section of a house or a room or a driveway.)

It is sturdy and does a good job keeping my lil girl contained. The only thing I would change about it is when you are folding it up its loud and you have to put a lil bit of muscle in it.

I really like this product. I bought it for my grandson who is just beginning to crawl and it is sturdy as well as a great containment item. it is a bit difficult to close but this is because how sturdy it is. He can hold on to the side and pull himself up without fear of it collapsing. I would recommend this to others. I love it.

I bought this along with the 2 panel extension to corral our three growing kittens. They were able to get out of their box so I was in need of a way to keep them from wandering all over the house. This seemed like the perfect solution and it has been. The panels are a little difficult to ratchet into place but once set hold up very well. The kittens are happy with their new play/sleep area and I'm happy they can't freely roam. I opted for 2 day delivery and it arrived on time.

Great purchase. Now the little guy can roam a bit more and we know where he is. I wish the panels were a little easier to adjust and connect, but they work well. Be sure that you have each panel at an angle----don't line two or more panels up in a straight line or the strength of the overall corral will be weakened. The octagonal/hexagonal configuration as seen in the photos is the way you want to use this. Great purchase, worth the price.

I purchased this with the 2 panel extension for my 9 month old granddaughter when I babysit. She LOVES it! It gives her the freedom to move about on her own without me hovering over her. She loves to hold onto the panels and "walk" around the whole play yard. It's great exercise for her and helps in coordination and balance for future walking on her own.
It's a little cumbersome to set up at first but either the stiffness is loosening up or maybe I'm just getting better at the job.
The only reason I didn't give it an excellent is I've only had it a couple of weeks and am not sure how long it will last.

We purchased this for our dog and we hope to use it one day when we have kids. A great price compared to buying one at petsmart. My only complaint is that closing the gate is realy hard. My husband can do it but I'm not very strong and it's realy hard for me. Besides that it meets all my expectations.

Very secure and sturdy mulitpurpose play yard. Walmart did have the lowest price I found on the internet including pet stores! I bought for my small elderly dogs to keep from soiling the house when I'm gone using it as a barrier in our wide doorway. I doubt they could jump it even if they were younger. When used properly is physically impossible to push over. This is an excellent product, completely portable with handle straps folds up flat keeps babies and little dogs safe. Recommend every household have one with tiny tots and dogs!

I have a Daycare and needed a safe place for the babies....I actually ordered 3....I put 2 together to make a nice big area. I use the 3rd for a time out area...works fabulous...they cannot get out!!! I would recommend to anyone that needs a safe area for pets or children!!

I am glad that I bought this playard. This is really big and able to change different shape, which can let my baby can have more space to play on his own. Plus, this playard is really concrete, which not able to break easily as my baby sometimes want to get out and pushes the gate.

I made it into a rectangle for my 2 mth old Maltese! She doesn't love it but she is safe and it allows for a space for her to sleep and the other end is her puppy pad! Great product!

We haven't been using this for very long, but we bought it with the expansion pack. We are able to cordone off all the 'areas' in the living room that would not be best for newly-crawling son. normally we have them all hooked up, and one long wall across half of the living room. when company comes over we just break off a couple of pieces, surround the entertainment center, and open the living area back up. the pieces are not the easiest to break apart, but that is technically a good thing. otherwise, this system is easy to manage, and seems durable and worth the purchase.
