Hometrends Rave 16-Piece Square Dinnerware Set, Red

These dishes are a nice for the price you pay for them. I love the color and they are very sturdy. My one complaint is that the larger plates are more like platters. I can't imagine anyone needing that much food. But overall I love them.

My husband and I just painted our kitchen red and were doing a new theme "Chef Guy". I was looking for red dishes but found nothing I liked until I went to WalMart and looked there. I brought them home and feel in love with them. They are very nice. Iv droped one also and no brake=] Even better.

Absolutely my favorite set of dishes! They are beautiful and toddler proof! Plus, I love that all the pieces are square!

My husband and I love the look of these dishes, but very quickly found out they easily chip and break.

Also, these dishes get very hot in the microwave, even if you only microwave for less than two minutes. Usually I start microwaving food in a glass dish before switching it to the red plates/bowls.

These look great but I do NOT recommend them.

I received these as a Christmas gift after mentioning that the dishes I started keeping house with 13 years ago had seen better days; several had broken and a few were cracked and ready for their last meal.
I love the deep red color and the contemporary square shape. So far they seem to be very durable. And they take up less space in my cabinets.
My only complaint is that I would like some smaller plates. My previous set of dishes included a set of dessert plates that were perfect for serving dessert on (obvioulsy) or a sandwhich, a biscuit, or anything else small. I hate to use so many paperplates/napkins for stuff like that when I could just put a regular plate in the dishwasher.

I just got these dishes and i love them they are just what i was looking for .....they are a bright red ....

I bought these for my daughter and her fiance for Christmas. I looked at them at the store because these were the ones that they wanted. I was surprised at the quality. My daughter wanted them because of their color scheme. I was concerned that they might be too cheap, but they are nice especially for the price. Great buy!!

Beautiful place setting. Exactly what we were looking for. However the large plates are so tall that they interfere with spinning wash arm just under top shelf/basket. Had to return or plan on hand washing the large plates.
