My son and I just set up this coffee table this evening. It went together well, but we did have to really work at getting the screws tight enough so the table was not wobbly. It would be possible for one person to assemble, you would just need to support the second shelf with something at times. The table looks very nice - the size is perfect for a smaller room (we are using it with reclining sofas). My only concern is that the top of the table has what appear to be scuff marks in the finish. These are not visible from all angles and may not be a big deal. I hope that I can polish and they will disappear completely. I like the table and only marked it down slightly because of the slightly uneven finish.

After looking at many tables, I finally took the plunge and purchased from WalMart. The table was exactly what I had hoped for, except for significant damage to the top during shipment. When I picked up my order, the box seemed pretty roughed up, but I figured the table would be protected with packaging. Big mistake! I would definitely recommend looking at the table pieces BEFORE leaving the store if the box looks damaged. I love the small drawer. It's perfect for hiding all the remotes! The lines and color of the table lean more towards modern design, but the wood grain is visible and gives a touch of the traditional. I chose to leave the drawer knob off (doesn't go with my decor) and you can't even tell the drawer is there when it's closed! The assembly is straight forward and recommends having two people, but I was able to handle it with just a bit more effort.

This table is a great bargain. I've seen the same table for hundreds more in price. Pottery Barn has one just like it. The wood finish is lovely. It arrived quickly, with Walmart giving me updates along the way so I could plan the pickup. It was easy to put together -- all pieces were well marked & fit together easily. Be sure to measure carefully, this table is quite small (which is what I wanted). We love it!

This is the perfect table for a smaller space. I have a very large couch and two accent chairs in my living room. I needed to replace my large rectangle coffee table to give me more room to move around the seating. This table is perfect! Small in size but looks great in front of my large couch. It looks more expensive than it actually is. If someome told me it was from Ethan Allen or Pottery Barn, I would totally believe it! You will be happy!

Beautiful quality table for the price. If you are thinking of redecorating on a budget this table is for you like it was for me. I have 3 kids and wanted a smaller table (was much smaller than expected) but that was my fault. I knew measurements just didn't expect it once I saw it with my big sofa. :) Anyway, the finish is beautiful and easy to put together.

The construction of this table is well thought-out and sturdy. Assembly is simple and straightforward. The table features plain-grained hardwood throughout, though the short planks forming the lower shelf are finger-jointed, which would be unacceptable in the top. I wish that a lighter-stained version had been available. That said, this piece of furniture is an extraordinary value, given its low price.

It looks exactley like the photo's & It was easy to put together. I liked that it is a smaller coffee table than most; it is the measurments that are on the details page. I saw this same product on other online sites for more money and if it needed to be returned the buyer would have to pay for the returned item. I'm glad I went thru Walmarts site to store, as the first table I received had a small scratch and needed to be returned.
