Personalized Mom's Birthstone Heart Pendant

I bought this for my mother for Christmas got it today and its nice but only have myself and brothers charms on it (no grandchildren yet) and with the two charms looks a little bare and you can see the tooling marks on the metal near the closure defiantly not quality in that department. Needs a much smaller chain, the pendent has a small opening for chain it just does not work well, got another smaller chain and switched it out before wraping up, seems to work much better. Stones were in the right order when received.

i ordered this item for my mother for her birthday and it took a long time to ship it but once it got here it was a wonderful product. My mom loves it and wants to add me charms to it. Its great.

My mother received her necklace today, a few days past mother's day but I ordered it late so that was my doing. She absolutely loved the necklace.
