I ordered this pendant a week before Valentine's. It was supposed to arrive at my house on or before Valentine's day. It took almost a month for it to be shipped. I just got it today. I received credit for it. I was: "Okay, I received credit, I can forgive the tardiness." But when I opened it, the thing is a joke. It is a simple piece of metal. The personalized name is microscopic. I don't think is worth $34, what I paid for it.
Not a product you would like to buy...

I was extremely happy when I received this product! It met all of my expectations and looks exactly like what is pictured. I was a little worried about the size after I read a review that the name was really tiny. In my opinion, it is perfect. It is about an inch width wise and a little less than that length wise. I will say that the chain that comes with it is like what you would get out of a quarter machine.. I would recommend spending an additional $10 on a sterling silver chain, if anything.

I got this pendant to my daughter and it is really cute. The only thing I didnt like is that the letters are way tooooooo small and it is hard to read the name engraved in it. Other than that it is a nice necklace.
