It was exactly what I expected, sound design, great features and great price for what we purchased. The wobble is due to it being "sectional" end pieces versus solid "bent" end frames. when together and properly tightened, it serves it's purpose exactly as it should.

This bed is unstable, scratched right out of the box, the holes don't match up so you have to pull and manipulate the product to put the screws in, the ladder hurts my children's feet. It rocks from side to side. I recommend paying more to get a quality product. If I could go back, I would not even consider buying it again. I bought it because people were rating it well, but I'm not sure how reliable ratings were. It is a terrible product.

Despite the daunting instructions (and some missing pieces -- quickly remedied), the metal frame went together pretty easily. It's solid, attractive, and fairly priced.

My son is 5 years old and he loves this bed. It took my husband and I about an hour and 15minutes to put together, so it wasn't too bad. He loves to sleep at the top even though the bottom is bigger. I paired it with the south shore charcoal and onyx dresser and tv stand, IT LOOKS FABULOUS.
