Excellent Shelving Unit

I have had some older Sterilite shelving units for years now and they have held up no problem. I love how easy they are to move around compared to wooden bookshelves, and you can even disassemble and reassemble them with trivial effort. The only downside is that dust can collect in the crevices.
Although this is a 4-shelf unit, the shelves are all the same, so I bought two and made a 5-shelf unit and a 3-shelf unit.

I needed a place to store items in my laundry and storage rooms. This was perfect. They were cheap and easy to put together. Even though they are a heavy plastic, they really do hold a lot and Im very happy with them.

I bought 3 of these, they were all in excellant condition. they went togather fast w/ rubber mallet for a good tight fit. Now 2 went into the pantry, the 3rd one is being used for the cats. 3 shelves put then at window hight and the 4th shelf with leg ( looks like a bench) was placed in front of the other one ( side by side) as a step-up for them and another resting spot. little covers lay on each shelf, for comfort and hiding under. they love it, and they don't have such a long jump down. The two in the pantry look great, everything has a place and nothing is on the floor.very sturdy. It was a good way to organize my pantry without spending alot of money.

This shelving unit has a clean, take care of the basics look - no frills. Works well for basic indoor or outdoor shed storage. A plus would be if the height of the shelf was adjustable. But for a basic storage area it does the job well and it it easy to keep clean.

The pantry in my apartment didnt come with any shelving, and this unit was cheap and the size is absolutely perfect for the closet. looks like it was built in. It is sturdy to hold all of my food on every shelf and was extremely easy to put together (5-10 minutes) no tools or screws required, just snaps right into place.
