My family (of 5) don't camp much and so I bought this little grill/stove for our 2-day camping trip last weekend. Here's the good and bad. The grill is compact and extremely easy to set up. Using a camping lighter easily ignited the flame. The grill almost instantly heats up to "grillable" temperature. Burgers (direct heat) tasted great. Hot dogs were fine for the kids. Breakfast of eggs and bacon (on the included griddle) were also awesome. The chicken kabobs, however, were another story. On indirect heat cooking with our kabobs, I noticed some spots were grilled to perfection while other spots were still pink even though they seemingly had equal amounts of heat on them. And that was with only 2 kabobs on the grill. As another reviewer mentioned, moving the food around could have solved this problem but without a meat thermometer on hand and my lack of grilling experience, I decided not to chance the chicken not getting cooked adequately and we scrapped the whole meal. For burgers (2 at a time), hot dogs and breakfast though, I would be more than happy to use this grill again.
The side tables are a little misleading because you're using them as wind guards (they attach to the lid) while cooking, so you don't have any space to rest your utensils on. So make sure to place the grill on a large table for table space.
Overall, for the price and the features, I would definitely recommend this grill as long as you know what you're in for. Stick with simple meals and you'll be very satisfied.

When I used the grill for the second time I put a plate on top to cook bacon and when I finished part of the grill warped the coating came off finding it was made of aluminum which melted mmmmmmmm still was able to cook burgers and such

I bought this stove for a family camping trip since we hadn't had one for a lot of years. I had the old fashioned type before, which is what I had intended to buy again, but it was out of stock. So I bought this model & it worked out fine. The only thing I wished was that the burner area was a little larger. You have to leave the wind shield down on the left side to use a skillet, but this wasn't a big problem. The grill area worked fine for toast we found out. I would recommend this stove to anyone.

I purchased this stove for my daughter for tail gating. It's very easy to use and also versatile. We used the griddle for breakfast (eggs, sausage and fajitas) before the game. After the game we used the grill for hotdogs and the burner to heat up ox roast in a saucepan. The stove is also very easy to light. Wonderful!

I bought this Coleman stove for ocassional camping and tailgating. There are several similar Coleman stove options. I picked this one specifically because it has the cooking unit, grill and comes with the griddle included. It all works very well. It is handy and compact and has a carrying handle on it. The stove is very hot so you do have to be careful. I did find a couple of times where I turned it down too much I turned the burner off by mistake. The griddle is great for pancakes and bacon, etc. The grill works great for steaks, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, etc. The burner unit can handle a medium sized pan. As others have done, I lined the area under the grill with foil as well as the grease catch pan with foil. That made it very easy for cleaning up. The griddle and the grill both are non-stick so very easy to clean up. Very pleased and can't wait to go cooking again.

We absolutely love the stove, but it really would be perfect with a starter. That being said, it does easily light with a match. The side burner is helpful, but we had to leave the left wind flap unconnected, but the burner still worked great. Looking forward to using it again!

I never share reviews but I rely on them a lot for online shopping and so I thought this warranted my review. This stove was excellent. We are a family of four and the grill space was perfect for the amount of meat we had and cooked it evenly and quickly. Fairly easy clean-up, easy to light and use. Camped for three days and only needed one canister of propane (used the stove for breakfast and dinner). Great value. Love that it comes with the griddle too!

As with any combo package, some compromises must be made. They're minimal with this grill. The grill cooks well and the burner is nice to have. The griddle works great too. It's nice that it's included with this model so I didn't have to buy it later.

Overall I really love this grill. We took it on its maiden voyage last week. It heated things well, the tank (normal sized small one) lasted 3.5 meals and I was totally impressed by that. The only dumb thing is that when you use it in combination with the coleman fold up kitchen (sorry I forget the exact name) there is no good place to put the tank. I didn't really care for the long piece that connects the tank to the grill. I ended up making it work by putting the tank in the basket of the fold up kitchen (an awesome product!). Overall very nice.

Product works well. Lights quickly all controls function as required. When using open grill wider heat producing area is needed. Food placed away from mid cooking area does not recieve enough heat due to one center burner. This even though burner extends from side to side. When using solid grill, heat is sufficient due to conduction along the continuous surface. Moving food around did aleveate said problem. All considered product ia a good performer.

It's nice to not have to mess with liquid fuel anymore,a real pain! This stove is great for all around cooking outdoors and at events. Sets up in minutes to boil, cook, grill, and comes with griddle to boot,whats not to like. I do recommend using aluminum foil under grill for easy cleanup later A 1lb propane cylinder is good per cookout, about 1hour full tilt though,so use at half power or more to extend time.No igniter, but I know how to use matches,not a problem for the price. This item was purchased as a gift, so although I didn't get to use it the recipient was very pleased with item. It will be used quite frequently when camping and is great as backup if electricity goes out. Starter would have been nice but they tend to quit or break so not a big deal that it doesn't have that option. Sturdy, well made, good quality. Looked at other brands and kept coming back to this one. Price through site to store was excellent! For the price I think this was the best buy!

We have not officially used this stove yet, but I am pleased with what I see. I like the burner on one side and the grill on the other to be able to heat, say water, in a pan and cook something like hot dogs on the grill at the same time. I've heard it's a good idea to put some tin foil underneath the burners to help with cleanup.

This grill is great! The grilling surface is a lot larger than I thought it would be and the convenience of the side burner is a definite plus. Also, the griddle makes it very easy to cook up a batch of pancakes in the morning.
