We bought this grill with intention on grilling on Sunday's for football games. We live in an apartment with a balcony and this is the only type of grill that is allowed. I have to say I was a sceptic at how the food would turn out off the elctric grill, but I have to admit, it's been coming out delicious! We've made hot dogs, zucchini and steak tips so far and it does a great job. It's easy to clean, easy to put together and easy to use! I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an electric grill! This was 90 bucks well spent!

I have this product for myself and purchased this one for a christmas present. This product makes grilling so simple any one can do it. Making a bunch of baking potaoes. Wrap them in foil put them on the grill and in a hour turn grill off and the potatoes will be still be hot 2 hours later. You can bake or grill. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

A very nice product. Have friends who have used and still own a G.F. Indoor BBQ model and are satisfied. Being the fact I have a small kitchen, just placed it on its stand in front of window, (window fan optional), and JUST GOT IT ON DUDE!! Clean up is not bad. Just warm it up and use a plastic utensil to remove any grissol and scrape it down into drain pan and away I go! Have used it three or four times already, but do suggest you clean out drain pan and do wash unit at least once a week. But overall I am very satisfied. My only problem is that I do have troble deciding what too grrrrrill, LOL. So much to grill. Assembly was very simple too, no problems at all!

This product is very good for BBQ of steak, chicken, hamburgers and hot dogs. I have not tried it for vegitables and not sure how it works with BBQ sauces. My only concern has been the cover. When used to fully cover while cooking, the meat tends to taste like it is boiled. If you just partially cover the meat it will get a good crust on the outside and get more of a BBQ taste.
For the manufacturer I would suggest placing an adjustable opening in the cover to allow some steam to escape to avoid the boiling affect.

You know after reading the reviews about how terrible the grill was to clean I almost did not buy it. Now I am so glad that I did because it sure makes grilling and apartment living less of a challange. I found that the beat way to clean it is to turn it on, let it get hot and pour water onto it. This makes the grease and anything else left behind bubble up and wipe right off, so it really hasn't been a problem for me.

This is a great little grill. I have been cooking on GFGrills for at least 15 years-since they first came out. From making toast and eggs on a small pizza pan that fits the surface, to grilling marinated shicken , shrimp or salmon with grilled vegetables this grill does it all. I rarely need to turn it up to heat level 3,--level 2 to 2 1/2, with grill covered, cooks steady and slow,yet really quick. Higher heat levels are perfect for searing sushi tuna... It can get really really hot. 3 high heat covered cookings-with olive oil only-were needed to get rid of the horrible new grill odor. Removable bottom cup makes Easy cleanup. Theres room enough to cook small all stainless steel or iron sauce/soup pot with grilling foods, 5 STARS

this grill is awesome, i cook in my apt and there is no smoke, I cook steak, chicken, pork chops, and they all turn out great, minus the extra crispy part you get when your on a gas grill. there is also no temperature setting, it goes from 1-5 but 3 is where we cook our meat and it cooks all the way through.

This grill was everything I expected it to be, I have a smaller indoor George Foreman grill and have had good success with it. I just recently moved from a home into an apt. and didn't want to be without an outdoor grill, this grill is perfect for a small balcony and healthy cooking, plus gives me the added cooking surface I wanted. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality apt. adaptable grill. My first meal cooked on this grill was steak and they were done in 10 minutes, juicy and tender..impressive. This grill can be used indoors in the winter, as it is easily removed from the pedastal stand, cleanup is a breeze since the grilling plate can be fully immersed in water. Ordering this online with Wal Mart was easy and delivery time was minimal.

I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST THAT YOU COULD ACTUALLY USE A GRILL INSIDE THAT LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD BE OUTSIDE. THIS PRODUCT IS WONDERFUL FOR APARTMENTS & SMALL FAMILY TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY. WOULD NOT TRADE IN EVEN IF YOU ASKED OR OFFERED MONEY.
