The finish on this chair matches my mother's maple table I use as my dining room table..They look great...added some cushions to the seat for height and comfort...Did need to purchase a couple of serrated nuts to secure the bolts on the swivel back ...otherwise, the swivel action of the back worked the nuts and bolt loose...still swivels but nuts and bolts don't loosen up.

The arm of the chair was cracked and the seat was very small. Not a bad chair but for the money I decided to return them both. They would be good for extra seating and I would not keep them outside. One bonus for the chairs, Very Easy to put together.

The chair is easy to set up. It is sturdy, but requires a little semi-annual oiling to maintain the finish on the wood frame (I would not leave it outside unless covered). It is fairly narrow, so not recommended for large people. I like the swivel action of the chair back, so it adjusts to your seating position. Good value for the money

Quality looks great. Great canvas as well; they are not cushions. I thought I was getting that. Used Thopsons water seal to preserve wood and color.

We bought 4 of these, and love how we can fold them up for storage to put away. They are comfortable too, and look so much nicer than those cheap lawn chairs. Easy to put together. I just hope they hold up for the long term!

An ember from the firepit landed on the seat and burned a hole through the canvas, then when someone sat down the whole seat ripped! We left them outside for a year and they faded quite a bit and the fabric got weak, but they are very comfortable chairs and for the money I'd recommend them. When people come over I notice they seem to choose these seats over my more expensive set as they are comfortable and easy to move around to sit where you'd like.

Delahey Africa Chairs on deck
We ordered the Delahey Africa folding chairs because our deck is very small and we wanted more versatility to move them and take them in during winter weather. They are very stylish. The canvas is a heavy weight and the burgundy color is deep and saturated. The chairs look great, they seem quite sturdy, and they're comfortable. Also, they were easy to assemble. We look forward to using them more when the New England summer finally arrives.
