I really enjoy this 'bumper' for my daughter's crib. I like the idea that it's 'breathable' and reduces her risk of SIDS. Plus it looks very streamlined on her crib rather than the bulky, poofy, typical bumpers. No, this will not protect her noggin if she bumps into the crib slats, but I'd rather deal with a bruise on the head than a suffocating child!
I will admit that it took me longer than it should have to install this bumper. After I started putting it on I realized I had it on the wrong way, then when I got it on the 2nd time I noticed that parts of it seemed a little 'baggy' so I redid the whole process, intertwining the bumper through the middle slats on each long end. That solved the problem. Once I got it all in place I was very happy with the end result.
Easy washing instructions and good value. Also, I did not choose the 'site to store' option and paid a little bit for shipping--all worth it because it arrived only 2 days later, and I didn't pay extra for faster shipping!

We got this one in pink, the color is pretty for a baby girl. It fits our crib perfectly and is easy to wash and dry. It is very breathable and looks neat. I think this one is a better alternative to thick, fluffy, unsafe bumpers. We plan on purchasing one more of these in a different color, maybe white. I would definitely recommend this product.

This bumper gives me peace of mind that my child will not get stuck in the slots of the crib or get tangled up in a tie that is on normal crib bumpers. My only complaint is there are two slot openings that are not closed all the way b/c of the way the bumper is suppose to be put on. (The front two corners) However, I don't think that will be much of a problem. I did think the bumper was only going to be mesh but it's actually mesh with padding so I was pleasantly surprised to feel that. Felt very nice and I stuck it against my face to see if I could breath through it and I could. I think I'm going to like it alot! One more thing, The fabric is collapsable so baby can't stand on it and fall out of the crib.

This bumper pad did just what I was hoping for. It keeps my daughters limbs inside the crib, and I do not worry about her not being able to breathe. The color is a little more shocking that I was expecting, I had in my mind that it would be a little softer of a color, but they still look good on her crib.

My daughter started to roll over at 3 months and the bumper I had in her bed scared me. I was afraid she would suffocate. When I took it off she would get her little feet stuck in between the flats. This product is exactly what I was looking for. I love it and the color is very pretty.

This bumper does the trick keeping arms and legs inside the crib. Its also GREAT for keeping pacifiers where little hands can find them! Launders very well and is easy to put on. Walmart has a great price for this product.

The concept of a breathable bumper is ingenious, however, this particular bumper is very frustrating as it does not stay in place & slides up & down on the rails. I would reccommend spending the extra $10 bucks on the breathable bumper that goes over the top rails instead of this one. My little one has gotten her ankle tangled up in this one several times.

I chose this product because we have a feisty at the time 3 month old little girl that was all over the crib. We were very concerned because she tends to work her way up into the corners and would have her face pushed up into the regular bumper. I gave this product an average rating because for one I think its very overpriced but I have to say that we are sleeping a little better not being so concerned if she is getting enough air when her face is up against the bumper. I also noticed that it moves and does not stay in place on my crib which we have found her arm caught between the bars. We have the Simplicity Providence crib so if your looking for a perfect fit then this bumper is not it. I wanted to return it but unfortunately my husband threw out the package. I must say it looks pretty in pink and I like the satin detail but wish it were a more stationary fit for the price.

This bumper has worked out great for my daughter's crib. She moves around a lot in her crib and was always getting her arms and legs caught between the rails. I didn't want to use a regular crib bumper because of the increased risk of SIDS, so this bumper is perfect! The idea of having a seperate piece for the drop side is ingenious, and it actually does move up and down with the side, but I would rather it didn't have the seperate piece because it leaves two gaps open for my daughter to get stuck in and I rarely use the drop side anyway. My only other complaints are that it buches up a little where the velcro attaches and it is not very cushy so it doesn't protect much against head bumps. These are not big problems for me since the velcro bunching is only a problem with the look of the bumper and doesn't affect the safety of it, and I don't mind the lack of cushiness since I am more concerned with my daughter getting her limbs stuck than I am about head bumps. I think this crib bumper is definitely worth the money for the piece of mind it gives me, I don't worry as much about my daughter hurting herself and I don't worry as much about SIDS. Perfect!

THE safest bumper out there. I would not use anything else. I have two one in white and one in pink. The mesh material allows for the child to breath through it if the baby puts its face up against the bumper. The only con is that is is thin and sometimes slips down but at least when that happens it is still safe for baby. Very easy to clean and air dries quickly!

Even those these are a little pricey, it is worth the peace of mind I get. They are squishy enough to provide a bit of cushion, but the baby isn't going to bury her little face in it and suffocate either! They look good and were easy to install. Definitely recommend.

I am really glad I decided to purchase this breathable bumper. My 6 month old daughter kept getting her limbs caught through the slats in her crib, and then she'd wake up in the night; but now we have solved that problem with this bumper. My little one would not keep her legs and arms inside her crib. This was easy to install and can be put in both the washer and dryer. It comes in two pieces so if you only need protection on one side (like we do) you only have to use one panel.
