While this card does work when properly set up, I found it difficult to do. Under Win98se I couldn't get it to work at all, though it says it will. I upgraded to WinXp and found I had to uninstall (software) the old card, shutdown, swap in the new card, then reboot to safe mode, reset video, reboot a few times to get Xp to see the card, then install the included drivers. Not recomended for the non geek! I almost chucked it!

My desktop is over 6 years old and it was very hard to find a video card that would work, until I checked Walmart.com that is. They had it in stock and it was shipped to me very quickly plus shipping was very inexpensive, unlike most "UPS only" stores that would have charged $30 to $40 for shipping alone. Installation was a snap and everything works great. I should have checked Walmart.com first. Next time I will. Thanks!

Good product. Probly not the fastest or best thing in the world but works with my Flight Simulator. Windows loads a lot faster now and video chat with people works much better now. I would recomend this for someone who is on a budget but their original video card isn't sufficient for their needs.

I bought this to replace my motherboards built in video card as it wasn’t working well enough for an LCD monitor I just bought. This video card is so much better than what I had. The screen is crisp and clear and very colorful compared to what I had been using. I am VERY satisfied.

The quality of this graphics card far exceeds that of the card's support staff. No Windows 98SE drivers were included, although the box and specs assured that they were. When the windows drivers were located (no help from support), the card performed flawlessly. Likewise when the card ran under the Linux operating system.

I had a GeForce FX5200 untill the cooling fan died. Couldn't find a replacement fan. Love the fact that this has a large heat sink and not a cooling fan which can wear out. Graphics are great for everything except you may have some issues with high end games. I run a train simulator with all the options set to full and the frame rate still runs flawlessly. Wal-Mart has the best price for this card period. This is a great card for a great deal, and site to store is an excellent way to have it delivered.

Great price on a good card. I bought it primarily so I could increase the resolution on a 6 year old Compaq to work on my new 22'' monitor. I don't really game so I don't know how it works for those applications, but for internet browsing and productivity software, it works great! Also it was easy to install and upload the drivers for Windows XP.

I'm starting to do some VIDEO EDITING and the "on-board" video circuitry my IBM ThinkCentre was inadequate because the software that came with my new Samsung flash video camera would not run. After some research I discovered what the software needed (direct-x 9 compatible for example) and bought this card. Installation was super-easy (no tools needed in my case). The CD had the drivers I needed since windows XP didn't have them. I'm a tight-wad and found the deal at Walmart.com for this video card spectacular (especially the 97 cent shipping)! I'm probably going to buy another one for my other computer and will consider spending a little more for the 256mb. version although I've had NO problems with this one. NOTE: If you have an older system without a PCIE slot, don't waste your money buying an expansion card to make a PCIE card fit, it won't run any faster unless the PCIE slot is on the system board. I'm perfectly happy with this one plugged into my AGP slot. Hope this helps.

Excellent value for the price. The card works great...however, installation from the provided CD overtook the audio card and installed itself as primary audio device, so I had no sound after installation (appears to be a problem with GeForce). I had to go into the BIOS and enable the audio card and the sound works fine now as well as the card (Windows XP).

this video card work with dell gx260 desk top, with only 180w power supply it still work well( fx5200 power supply need a min of 250w), not using this video card for hard core gaming. son using it for pirate of the Caribbean on line, and cartoon net works. its does not come with the low bracket, i have to cut the bracket in order to make it fit. don't know why they sale the video card low profile but they gave u the full bracket. its does have a 4x but the heading at wal mart only listed 8x. this is not an ultra fx5200. installing is real easy. and can't beat the price.

This is an awsome board for the price. Works great does everything online and for a lot of current games. Handles pixal shading. Note: the Nvidia 5200 with 8X graphics is the only 5200 board with pixal shading. My daughter has used this daily for the last 2 or 3weeks and it has worked flawlessly. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Thank you Wal-Mart.

Updated older PC to Vista and needed System rating of at least 2 to play games; my system was 1. Didn't want to spend lot of money. To my surprise I found this; about what I cared to spend. Got it today, just as WalMart predicted. Installed it in a few minutes, tried it out and WOW! Even the calculator works better.
